This is for the Entire Canadian corporation.How does a national multimillion dollar company change thier hours and not make sure all social media is accurate.I have been going to Superstire for years between 10pm and 11 as I work unusual hours.Today I show up...along with countless others only to find the stored!As I sit here and type thus I have watched at least another 30 or more people come and be confused and disappointed. And looking at phones is dismay, as it says on Google rhat it is open till 11. Oh look another 7 people walking to the doors and 3 more cars pulling into the parking lot

This rating is for the pick up option. Atrocious wait times. If you show up at your designated time, prepare to wait for an hour while they figure out what they're doing. Very poorly managed. 40 to 70 min wait times I've experienced there. Usually we try to pick up from the signal hill store as they are much quicker.

Buyers beware. Please check your receipts ALWAYS, no matter how busy you are. You might have been charged 10$ on a quarter pound veggies and you don’t even know! Their weighing scale is not working or could be a moneymaking mistake? The price of other products does not reflect it when at the cashier, it happened so many times. Customer service offered no apologies. When asked what about the other thousand customers who may have lost their receipts or may not have time to check receipt right away and lost them? No answer, just an attitude. Then I said I will not buy those vegetables and fruit charged 6x it’s worth. She repeatedly asked I’m not buying those anymore, when I said no, she gave me a disappointed look.

Seriously? This is not first time.I will spend my money in Sobeys.

Honestly, if I could give 0 stars I would. I have done both pick up and delivery here. Every time I have done pick up, I wait for close to an hour for my order, a few times it’s been even longer. Today, they gave away my order to a different person. I talked to the manager, and they promised it would be 30 minutes to reselect. It was an hour and a half and they never brought me my food! I ended up leaving. Last week I did pick up, they gave me two of the wrong items. The week before that, I did delivery, and apparently they use door dash. I was missing four items and then was on the phone with the delivery driver for close to two hours because apparently he couldn’t find my house, even though I live ten minutes away. I do pick up and delivery for the convenience, but every week it gets worse and worse. I would highly recommend never ever shopping here, spend your money elsewhere.

Good prices on food most of the time. They are starting to get a little out of hand with some items like other stores.Always busy though!!

The customer service quality in this store is continuously declining at least for last year. The price tags are not updated. The cashiers don't respect customers when they point the price is not same as on the tag. Many shelves are empty after noon or evening time, and nobody from workers add the produce. It was not like this several years ago. Most of these issues already reported many times below. But nothing was changed. The customer relation service (phone number) just a fiction. I think the issues are caused with the new store management. THEY JUST DON'T CARE. There are many communities around and store always busy. Even with bad quality they can make huge profit. As results big bosses in the head office DON'T CARE too.

Shelves are pretty much always unorganized, half the time the grocery prices don’t match the same product of a different kind, sometimes there’s no price at all. Now with practically no prior notice they’ve started closing at 10pm

Love my local Superstore! The convenience of the PC Express pickup is so great, the staff are all really lovely and do their best to help. I have found that things are usually stocked well throughout the store as well. Thank you for great service!

I came to the store around 7pm today and my list was short: strawberries, watermelon, cucumbers, and jumbo carrots. I found none of these items and the shelves were empty. It's not the first time that I leave without purchasing anything. Clearly this store has some management issues. I went to Walmart in Shawnessy and I found everything I needed.
