I was blown away at how helpful Diane was and the rest of the staff as well!She helped narrow down my vision and had all the answers to my questions !

This store reminds me of times past. What I mean by that is it has everything you need (well stocked) but the customer service is excellent. I had purchased a high quality shower head many years ago on the advice of the salesman, and ran into problems with it recently. I took it in and Jeff Sauder helped me out with a replacement from the original manufacturer which included a warranty claim, saving me time and money. I have purchased all of my plumbing requirements there and will continue to do so as the knowledge and service is what keeps me coming back. Thanks for remaining consistently top notch.Would recommend!

We recently had a bathroom remodel, and the help I received from Diane was outstanding. Her advice was excellent; she knows the products and I saved so much time by being able to go to one place. Even when she wasn't there, all of the staff are helpful and friendly.Thank you, Diane.

I ordered a Bain Ultra tub from Glenbriar HH. The sales manager I dealt with, Jeff Sauder, was super knowlegeable and helpful. He printed price quotes for me with zero pressure to buy. I later made the purchase and was pleased that they stored the tub for several weeks prior to pick-up when our reno started. I would highly recommend visiting this plumbing design centre, and in particular, dealing with Jeff Sauder.

Not very helpful when looking for cupboard door hardware, I asked if they could order a part for me, I don't think they knew that I could hear them talking. Claim they could not find the parts book and i should come back on Sunday.

Glenbriar Home Hardware is a great hardware store with a wide selection of tools, hardware, and household items. However, I did find the layout of the store to be a bit difficult to navigate. The store is quite large, and some sections were not clearly labeled or organized, which made it challenging to find what I was looking for.That being said, the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. They were always willing to offer assistance and point me in the right direction. I also appreciated the store's selection of local products, which added a unique touch to my shopping experience.Despite the challenging layout, I would definitely recommend Glenbriar Home Hardware for their excellent customer service and quality products. If the store were to improve their signage and organization, it would make for an even better shopping experience. Overall, I give Glenbriar Home Hardware four stars and look forward to shopping there again in the future.

Had products that were on their internet inventory in stock.I have gone to other places that say they have stock only to get there no stock.Thanks Home Hardware for being up to date.

I had more real customer service in just ONE visit to Glenbriar Home Hardware than I have had adding up all my visits to big box stores. The big guys give lip service to customer service" but that's not the reality. Glenbriar has real people who are knowledgeable

This is a great hardware store (really hardware and related supplies in traditional sense) and a local business with excellent customer advice and service. The sale advertised is genuine and the products they stock are top notch. This is the place for great gardening tools, hardware, plumbing, cleaning supplies (incl special cleaners not available elsewhere) . I even got my Mailbox key cut here which is cut differently on each side (complex) which is not available in most stores. They took the time to do a excellent job at a very reasonable price.The only thing is the front facade looks dated and the parking lot can use a new asphalt coat.
