Website horrible for submitting a claim or estimate I get lost everyime ,customer service the worst never get an accurate answer and the hang up if they don't know the answer , wish a more simplified website , have been chasing them over a month to get an estimate and no answer provided yet , no supervisor, no one is doing the job!!

Suffered an Injury and received no support. I am now unable to work and cannot survive financially. I survive by eating from the dumpster at Oliver's. Planning on robbing RBC bank to get out of dept.

Reading the other reviews i think the reviewers have misunderstood as to what the operation of this location is. This is a Financial Center that has multiple advisors, who are individual business owners. My personal advisor has an office here, he's awesome in helping me and my family plan for my financial goals. The office is professional, helpful and responsive with my personal insurance and investment planning.

Possibly the worse experience of back and forth and delay tactics to get legitimate claims filled. Why not allow users to upload receipts while filing the claim if you're so paranoid everything is a fraud? Instead I have to file, wait a week for your email that you want the receipt, send you the receipt and then wait another 2 weeks to maybe get filled, or have to resend the receipt.. basically over a month of delays to get my money back!! Hours wasted trying to figure out what's what on their system so I can ensure my claims are filled. Terrible & Frustrating!
