Adem from 705 roofing was great to do business with. Very knowledgeable and our roof turned out amazing. We obtained 5-6 quotes from different companies and decided to go with 705 roofing which we are glad we did as we saved money compared to the other guys and 705 roofing used top of the line material and their quality/workmanship is top notch.

The team did a great job with our complex back split roofing and blown in insulation. They were honest about what needed to be done and stand behind ther workmanship. The roof adds the perfect glimmer to the curb appeal. THANKS 705 Roofing!

Adem the owner personally inspected the installation to ensure his workers did a good job & personally performed some of the work along with his crew & took care to ensure you were happy with the results of the installation. All work was completed in weather that allowed quality work to be completed. The price was fair compared with others. I just had to remove the prices of some of the over priced bids out of the 6 which I called that seemed out of the ball park average. Quality is not always the most expensive. People should not be rushed by the bidders that give a deadline so that you have time to make a good decision. I am happy with my results.

From start to finish the professionalism and from Adem and his crew was above and beyond. It was all so organized and even with unexpected repairs, they worked so hard to keep on schedule. When we came across issues he had pictures and explained the whats wheres and whys and had solutions to fix it. They did a great job cleaning up after all the work was done. We couldn’t be happier that we found Adem and his team.We knew that we had some roof issues and leaks around our fireplace when we were getting quotes.Adem was the only contractor to physically go up and inspect our roof while other companies just took a few photos from the ground. While up there he found that we had a ton of rotted plywood and layers of poorly installed shingles. He gave us best and worst case scenario quotes that were very fair and honest. We decided on replacing all the existing plywood to avoid further issues down the road.Adem and his team were amazing. They had all the plywood and shingles replaced, a custom piece for our fireplace and removed extra insulation that was causing issues with air flow. Everything was done in two days with zero mess left behind.We were so pleased that we had him come back and replace our separate garage roof soon after. I shopped around many roofing companies for about a year. 705 roofing promised the best quality materials, and master installation for a very reasonable quote. Adem was very quick to come by the property and gave me an instant quote. He made sure to show me exactly what materials were going to be used in my new roof. My roof was actually in very bad shape and the shingles were crumbling away. I was quite concerned that the old roof wouldn’t last long enough to find someone to replace it in time to save it from water damage.Adem said he could try to squeeze me in within a month. All the while my roof was crumbling away. He ended up scheduling me in within a couple of weeks and before I knew it, he was here and getting to work.Adem and his team were very friendly throughout the entire job. They worked very hard and Adem was very hands on with every aspect of the job. Usually the owner is supervising the workers, or contracts the hard work out to others. Not this company. Adem made sure to be the one to handle the difficult parts of the roof so that they would be done right.My roof happened to be a very difficult roof to work on. There were many problems with the installation by the original builders that we found when the old shingles were pulled off. Adem took detailed pictures of what he found and kept me updated the whole time. It turned out that the plywood was so terribly installed that the corners were overlapping each other and most edges looked like they were broken over someones knee rather than cut by a proper tools. I told him to do what he could with the roof. He ended up cutting the wood properly and fixing all the issues that the builders left behind. The Roof now looks amazing, and the craftsmanship is top notch. Adem really does care about every single detail and took as long as he needed to do the job right and leave the home protected and looking good.In addition to all of this, the second last day of the job, it was going to rain and the workers left the remaining section of the roof covered with a waterproof film. I noticed that the wind had blown a portion of the film loose exposing the wood. I called Adem to let him know. He drove across town and was on my roof within 15 minutes to secure the film with a few more nails.There aren’t enough words that I could say to reflect how impressed I am with this company and the work that they do. The roof looks beautiful and I am beyond satisfied. When it comes time to repair or replace your roof, if you don’t use 705 Roofing for your roofing needs you are missing out.

We just had 705 Roofing re shingle our home roof garden shed & storage shed . They were very professional great quality in workmanship and showed up on time . The owner was very hands on and quite knowledgeable and the price he quoted us was very reasonable and he didn’t try to up charge us at all . The crew finished on time and they took the time afterwards to clean everything up . Very satisfied and we would highly recommend this company to anyone. Great job boys !

We had a roof leak around our chimney. The owner Adem came very quickly. He was polite and knowledgeable and hard working. Worked until 9:30 PM in the evening to complete the repair.I would recommend him.
