God gave us freedom of choice of what goes in our bodies. Our bodies are a temple and God is the ultimate healer, not man, not science. I don't know if you know Jesus? He has made us free and He gives us health and He holds our future.

Attended the Ottawa Bach Choir Sainte-Chapelle concert. The acoustics of Knox were perfectly suited to the renaissance French music and the size of the choir, making for a most enjoyable experience.

Welcoming, nonjudgmental, open-to-all Out Of The Cold community dinners every Saturday 5-6:30pm Nov(?) to March. (Edit: see church sign for times and months.) Relaxing and rejuvenating monthly musical evenings. Excellent event space. More high-need community activities and supports might be appreciated and helpful (as congregation energies and partnerships allow), especially now that the City of Ottawa has declared a housing emergency.

Knox is an open, friendly, progressive space to worship for all people. The community service delivered from Knox is much needed in the downtown core. On Sundays, Pastor Pot delivers thought-provoking sermons that bind the ancient lessons of Scripture to the lives we live here and now. A superb Sunday school for big kids and a wonderful nursery for pre-k kids allows parents to fully enjoy the service.
