They missed 3 scheduled appointments for a quote. I mean if they can't show up for a quote I have to wonder about the quality of their service!

Two months ago Derek said to move the cars cause he was on the way over to take down my tree. Hope he is ok because that's the last time I heard from him. Guess I'll kiss goodbye my downpayment and start getting quotes again.
