Plus: The staff was professional and very helpful from first contact to final return.Negative: The web site and online booking was difficult. Uploading photographs of the front and back of my driver's licence was very difficult using an android (google) phone. I could not make it work.

The rental service is great, and their storage service is well laid out and well maintained.I had a small customer service issue, but they took the time to reach out and help resolve it, which is much appreciated. This kind of service and follow-up guarantees I will continue to be a customer.

Quick and easy service, clean and well operating vehicles/trailers. And one of the best features - 24h return policy allowing to return equipment even in the middle of the night. This policy allowed us to sort all our cargo transportation needs in one night on a timeline that was convenient for us. Very pleased, will definitely be using this location again in the future

Customer Service was poor. They didn't have my reservation for my unit when I arrived even though I had made it in person. The facility is ok but I had trouble finding my unit as nothing is marked well. There are no outlets to charge anything, the wifi is almost non existent and is something you need while moving. There are very few parking spots as staff seem to have use of them and then I'm not sure where all those employees go and they're hard to find if you need anything. Cleaning staff do seem nice though. The parking lot has glass, screws and nails laying around fairly often. Most times I have to pry the automatic doors open to access the facility after hours and I've been locked inside as well, finally making my escape through the bay doors where a man was inside washing his car. Nobody answers the security/help button, you also have limited access to your unit in terms of times they are open/closed. Overall I would not recommend this facility. Moving is stressful and this facility will only add to that. I'm am extremely disappointed in this very expensive storage facility and am currently looking to move.

The truck was in the middle of 5 vehicles and no one attempted to help move them. I had to search to find someone to help me move the trucks to access mine. That guy was nice the guy doing the order useless and very rude. If he was the one to take my family or friends orders there would be zero percent chance I would recommend this place . If I could give less than zero I would. He was rude, ignorant and unhelpful. We were there in the poring down rain my 8 year old and I and he made us wait the 5 minutes until opening outside and away from the door which meant no shelter from the rain for the child. When setting up our rental which I had previously booked which he said he canceled because I wasn’t able to make it the day before due to unforeseen circumstances. He was very pushy as in hurry up do you got it done yet can you hurry. Then wouldn’t allow me to drop the vehicle off in another location so I had to drive an hour out of my way back into Halifax. When he did give me the key he said it’s outside go find it. When I finally did find it the vehicle was surrounded amongst other vehicles with zero chance of moving it. Then with no help I had to search the grounds for someone to help us. Finally found one guy who was great and gave us a hand. He was reluctant at first because he was in the middle of doing something but did eventually help. If the first guy wasn’t as bad the reluctance would have been something but the first guy’s customer service was so horrible the other guys bad service seemed good. Then upon returning the first guy I initially dealt with told us in his words go wait out in the rain I’ll find someone to help you. Someone with good customer service skills would say please wait her I’ll get someone to come in and get you. This guy and place is a joke. I would tell people to avoid this place at all cost if they were to get the same service I was fortunate to receive.

It was good and bad.. It seems uhaul is trying to charge me 1400 bucks for a truck rental when I was in a recovery program in 2020

Quick and easy to book a truck. Clean and well maintained.

It took me on average 5-7 tries to get to speak with someone… always put on hold. It is rare to find someone who knows anything about storage pods. A nightmare renting a pod. Go to PODS instead. I spent $275 for a plywood box that the roof blew off. I didn’t store anything because I didn’t trust a plywood box. Terrible service…no apology. The reason I have 2 stars is because the driver on delivery day was awesome. She gets a star.

Professional and extremely personable staff, from reception to equipment return to cleaning staff in the storage area! Brilliantly lit and clean facility.Van fleet is largely brand new; my 9’ Ford had 3600km on it and most appeared in showroom condition.
