This place made me doubt all the doctor's offices in Canada until I switched to a different doctor. First of all, the reception people are not friendly or welcoming at all. Secondly- I found myself waiting an hour after my appointment in the waiting room to be see Dr. Holowell, who would always spend no more than 5 mins with me just to invalidate my concerns. The woman doesn't even look you in the eye and rushes you out. Don't waste your time, I was misdiagnosed for years until I went to a new doctor who knew what it was immediately! What a shame

Dr. Matsuda has been incredible and I feel so lucky to have found her. We have been going to her for 10 year I believe. She truly cares and she shows this to her patients. She goes above and beyond to ensure she is there for us. She listens and explains things clearly while ensuring understanding. She does not rush us, even when she is busy. She is absolutely incredible. 10 STARS!

Doctor Renner was my Dr. for over 35 years. I was very nervous when he retired, he was a special man. Now Doctor Munoz is my new doc and I couldn't be more happy. She really cares about us, is patient, understanding and supportive. I'm in good hands!

Dr. Oey is simply the best doctor I’ve ever had,.Growing up I lived in many towns and had a lot of different doctors, so that is no small statement.She takes the time to listen to your concerns and does not discount the things you say, something I had never really experienced before .She takes your concerns seriously and carries out all the necessary tests you may need. She also lets us know when we need to do the age specific tests and checkups.My family has often received follow calls even at night to see how we are doing.I hope I don’t ever have to go anywhere else, I feel well taken care with Dr Oey!

I am very upset with the level of service provided by Dr. Muñoz. She always seems to be in a rush and is super difficult to get ahold of, her answer to everything is oh that's normal" she does not seem to put genuine interest in her patience. And on top of that she always sends me and my children to the clinic which makes no sense why then have a family doctor?"

I have been blessed with having great doctors since coming to Cambridge 1974. Jill Hollowell is a great doctor, responsive and caring. She called me at home one night at 8:30 with a concern. That is caring and dedication.

Dr Oey and the reception staff are all so kind, respectful, funny and easy to get along with. Dr Oey is very knowledgeable, she listens, provides valuable feedback and good diagnosis’s. She’s always reassuring when I feel something is wrong and she makes me feel valid and has never been dismissive. Dr OEY and the reception staff are also soooo great with children and babies. Vaccinations always run smoothly and if I ever feel that there’s something wrong with one of my children, they have always prioritized us. We love dr oey and are thankful to have her as our family physician!
