We have used 3 Star Plumbing & Heating for our heating & cooling system problems in the past. Andre's kind and approachable demeanor made our experience a pleasant one. He's extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain the problem thoroughly making us comfortable with the resolution he recommended. We’ll definitely use his services again in the future.

AC unit decided to quit on the first hot day of the year, gave Andre a call after being referred by family member. I could not have been more impressed with the expertise and service provided. Andre came out within an hour of the call, explained what whats being done and why. With a smile on his face the whole time, this man loves what he does! In short order the AC was up and running (dramatically more efficiently as well - saving $$$!).Recommended different furnace filters; Nancy swung by to drop them over later in the afternoon.This is the type of service you can only hope for when your in a tough spot! Read the google reviews people , I wish I did before going with this company!!! We needed a new furnace. So we called 3 star . They gave us a good quote so we went with them. They installed the furnace and then not even one winter into the new furnace it quit working. So we called three-star just to find out that we have no warranty on our furnace, but we needed it fixed so they came out and fixed it. Then was billed a ridiculous amount for them to come outside the city. He charged us for him using his tools( a screwdriver)which was in his back pocket anyway. Then said it was after hours so got charged a higher rate . Well 4pm is after hours??? Never will I use 3 star and with working in a bank I see 100s of people a day, and will be sharing my experience. Never ever use this company, he’s a joke and his wife is just the same .

More like 1 star plumbing and heating. Would never use this company again. Poor communication and they fluff their invoices.

We have had Andre for over two years and, in that time. have had need of his services for our air conditioner/plumbing needs/and furnace consultation. Today, it was our air conditioner. Not only does he provide ideas to maintain systems well, but his professionalism and knowledge are impressive. He explains what is happening and responds to all challenges. Everything he does, he does exceptionally well. We are thrilled to have him as our plumber/air conditioning expert/ heating expert.

Called 3 Star Plumbing & Heating after finding a gas leak. Andre and Matt came that afternoon. Andre is extremely knowledgeable, experienced and explained what needed to be done. Within a half hour, leak was fixed, my water heater restarted and set, and the area cleaned up. Excellent attention to detail. I will be calling 3 Star for all my plumbing, heating and air conditioning needs! Thank you so much!

If you ever need someone to come and check out your air conditioner and walk you through the entire process, this is the company. Very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Will be calling again and recommending to everyone.
