Hi folks. I should have posted before now but here's my experience with Paul and his team. As you can see by the comments Paul has been working hard to establish a good reputation in the market. Fortunately for myself and my family we had such a positive experience with the sale of my mother's house last year, I need to share it. I will not have any other than his group buy or sell for me. He knows the market well enough so you don't waste any time having to adjust the price to get an offer, even when the market is unstable. Selling a home that you love can be very stressful however, that was not the case. Our expectations were greatly exceeded. Everything was done promptly, even the staging wasn't difficult for us. The online photos were done early and posted as they had suggested. Things got very busy at the end for me, but with their assistance, everything went well and again better than expected.
