The garlic naan is so fresh and warm, we ordered it twice. Loved both the lamb korma and butter chicken but the lamb korma won today. Their vegetable Biryani is fully loaded with vegetables and we loved the vegetable samosas. Lovely owners that care about their restaurant and guests. Probably could have gotten by with 2 curries, one rice dish and naan. But we ordered extra for leftovers. Also they don't put cilantro on top which is a great bonus for us. Will definitely be back :)

Enjoyed our meal here for lunch! Everything was made to order and super hot when it arrived at our table. We had the mango butter chicken, beef korma, and fish masala. Owner was super nice as well :)

The experience was so pleasant that I forgot to take a picture before starting the meal!!!! Great food and the place is very nice, feels like going to your relatives' house for dinner! We will definitely come back for more.

Dined in with my friend on a weekday and we enjoyed having the whole restaurant to ourselves to catch up and not feel any rush. Everything we ordered was SO flavorful and delicious, and I wish I lived closer to eat this every day. I'll be back for sure!! I can't remember the names of the dishes since I don't have this cuisine often but I loved every bite. Service was perfect.The owner was very welcoming, gracious and kind and took the time to chat with us at the end of our meal briefly. So often in the modern world we lose touch with family businesses and don't see the faces of who we are supporting, so it was inspiring to hear the owner's passion when he talked about his restaurant. Do try their food!

The owner was very proud when he greeted us and said he’s owned the place for 24 years and made everything fresh.I was excited and had high hopes especially since I was ordering a very simple side snack: samosa and paneer pakora. There’s no way to screw that up.Let me say, he has nothing to be proud about.There was nearly no paneer in the pakora and it was heavily battered to compensate for the lack of substance. It arrived with the tiniest, greediest portion of tamarind sauce which is not enough for all the pakoras or to mask the rubbery texture, dryness, and bland taste.The samosas were good but again, next to no tamarind sauce.I would never consider ordering again and would personally be ashamed to serve something like this to my patrons. Awful.

Another place that does not live up to the ratings. Not sure what happened to this place being voted the best in New West in the prior years….no wonder it wasn’t busy. The fish pakora was super soggy. Garlic naan for $10 maybe will get you 10 quarter pieces maybe they screwed up? Disappointing for sure. Butter chicken had good flavours but extremely limited chicken pieces. Worse $60 spent .

What a great place for Indian food. Everything was prepared fresh and it really was delicious, full of flavors. I can highly recommend the Mango Lassi with the Chicken Tikka and some Garlic Naan

The food was amazing!! I had the best shahi paneer I have ever had! The place is very clean and the owner is very friendly!! It was a nice experience!! One of the best authentic indian cuisine in the city!!

Four of us went here for the first time. There was only 1 other table of patrons. All of us really like Indian cuisine. We ordered samosas which were still cold on the inside. The salty lassi, garlic naan, butter chicken, and rice was tasty. Our party enjoyed the meal. The server was very attentive and friendly. We all said that we would come back.
