He was very unprofessional on my visit. Complaining about Pharmacists giving intern supplies on medications. It made me uncomfortable and a need to defend myself.

Terrible customer service. Rude and only top priority is using the cell phone. No interest to be on time. Waiting times exceed 1 hour. Please read all reviews and check with health services for past altercations with unprofessional conduct.

He's always been the best doctor. He literally addressed every single issue my son was having, even ones that we weren't there for. Dr. Bierman either noticed things on his own or found out through asking all the right questions. Sooo thorough. And I LOVE that he has someone doing all the computer work and prescription writing so his FULL attention is on the patient.

I've had Dr. Bierman since I was 16 (2015) when I first started having stomach issues after gall bladder surgery at 14. I found out I was pregnant with my daughter after he sent me for an ultrasound. Bierman has been with me for all 3 of my children. We've had our ups and downs but I wouldn't trade Bierman for another family doctor.... Bierman has helped me through my PPD, and mental health as well. We are all human, like I said, we've also had our ups and downs but at the end of the day, hands down, best doctor in Regina!!

Worth the wait. He's real and direct, not dismissive, seems to care and knows his stuff. Glad to finally have a competent doctor for myself and my family

I am very happy with Dr Bierman. He is competent and His staff members Cerise and Adam are very pleasant. There is a staff member also at reception who is very rude. She spoke to me like I was an errant child as I need an update the date sticker on my health card. I have attempted this, but t seems although I have requested an updated sticker from sask health, they haven’t sent it. This female staff member with the dark red hair needs to understand that speaking to me in a disrespectful way only reflects badly on her. If she were to not be there, it certainly woukdn’t hurt my feelings.

He is caring, listens and tries to cover everything before diagnosising. I went from doctor Salgado to him and I am very fortunate to have found another good doctor.

Dr. Bierman is knowledgeable, direct, and takes a long term view of his patients' health. I very much appreciated his attention to detail when it came to explaining aspects of my cardiovascular health while also ensuring that I had the information I needed to make positive changes to my health going forward. Thank you!
