My husband and I used Gary and his services twice, and will be using him again on our next home purchase! Unfortunately the first home we had Gary inspect we did not purchase but we made this decision based on Gary's inspection services of the home. His inspection likely saved us $50,000 + and a head-ache of problems with this particular home. We enjoyed his approach and extreme attention to detail within the report / follow-up explanation that we used him for the second home we set out to purchase. His second report was just as fantastic as the first! Gary really takes his time yet is super efficient and delivered the report to us within minutes of finishing the in person inspection.
