Called John up Monday morning for an alignment on my 1997 Dodge 3500 4x4. He asked if I could drop it off but I told him I didn't have a way home so he bring in down and would do it right away. A man of his word. In and out under half a hour. Many thanks

My alternator blew in my car and they managed to get it fixed the same day it happened! I've been taking my car here when I can for a while and if they were open Saturdays I wouldn't take my car anywhere else for fixes.

The best service I have ever received! The staff are friendly and organized, they send you full vehicle reports via text and email, and do all these extra touches like leaving you treats when you get your car back. They really go above and beyond and I'm so glad to have found a reliable shop with fair and competitive prices after several negative experiences at other shops in Hamilton.

I moved to Hamilton 6 months ago and needed a reliable shop as I drive for work. Putney's has over-exceeded my expectations with every visit. They are quick to help, more than understanding and most importantly HONEST! They sent my car home free of charge because my breaks still had good life left on them. They truly are a dynamite shop that I can trust to fix my car without nickel and diming or giving me false advice. I’ve taken my car here 8 or 9 times and would highly recommend anyone support this local shop. Honest, hard-working local folks who you can trust to have your back! The best!!

Absolutely excellent service here. Brought car in for alignment and they included a complimentary tire balancing as well as a really cool gift bag as a new customer appreciation gesture. I would wholeheartedly recommend putneys to anyone looking for a reliable trustworthy mechanic in Hamilton.

Went in for an alignment. Was told I needed other work" and they refused to do just the alignment I came for. I stated I'll do these supposed repairs at my usual garage so he hit me with a $50 "inspection charge" although I'd been in the shop all of 5 minutes. Ladies

Made an appointment for an oil change and after 1hr and 45 minutes waiting we cancelled it and will go somewhere else.Normally they are fairly good but not this time
