Excellent workmanship and amazing customer service from End of the Roll Surrey from start to finish by Paul and his team. Our condo's carpets were very damaged by ex-tenants so we needed new carpets. We went to End of the Roll Surrey to take a look, because we saw they had very high reviews by others. The staff we met was very friendly and he showed us different carpets and pricing within our budget. He explained everything to us in detail and we ended up choosing a lovely soft light grey carpet. They came to remove our old carpet and install new ones. Everything was a smooth process from their end from start to finish. We had the carpet replaced in our hallway and stairs and we needed it done before a fast approaching deadline. They had great inventory and the best prices (we shopped around quite a bit) they were able to deliver and install the very next week. The installers were professional, efficient and on time. I have bought remnants from here and have them bound to make a nice area rug. The service has been excellent and there are so many options to choose from! The prices are very reasonable. They send the piece of carpet to another location to have the edges bound.

We were very Happy with End of the Roll Surrey right from the First introduction at the Show Room to the Installation of the carpet . Every Thing we were told was what happened. No surprise, the installer’s were excellent and they did a Great job with choice of our carpet which was a pattern. It all match’s at the doorways where it could have been real problems.
