Ruby Tree Care

I have had a couple of trees trimmed recently by Ruby Tree Care. Really happy with their work, and the price was reasonable too.

Crew showed up on time (actually a few minutes early). Helped to move a dead vehicle out of the way so their bucket truck could be used. Worked a good portion of the day to trim our large tree following the strict guidelines of Surrey. When the trimming was completed did a great job of cleaning up, all at the quoted very reasonable price. Will be called on again as required.

Excellent response & excellent skilled work done. The hedge was trimmed professionally & the cost was very reasonable. We will use again.

Ruby Tree Care was highly recommended by our former Pruner and Arborist. We are very pleased with work they have done. The personnel are very polite and knowledgeable, the jobs were completed and cleanup of driveway and yard also done top notch. Came right away and quoted a fair price, booked service a week later. They did an amazing job, cleaned up after…we would definitely use them again!!

Great crew, great service, great price. Very professional and amazing work. Had 1 tree removed and another trimmed, my place looked spotless when they finished. If you use them you won't be disappointed.

Glenn and the team are exceptional. From day 1 they explained the process clearly and gave a very reasonable quote. Despite the logtisitcal challenges of the location of the tree and the City implementing changes to the permit process that took months. Glenn's team kept me up to date on the permit process reguarly and always responded to my emails promptly. As for the tree removal, the team that arrived were very professional and came with a great game plan" to removing the tree that was wedged between 2 homes and power lines. I couldnt have asked for any more and am very happy with the results. Even the cleanup after the tree came down was flawless

Very knowledgeable and professional. Glen knows his stuff and is up to date on current methods of tree care. He and his crew were very efficient and the clean up was exceptional. They were at our place for the better part of two days tending to multiple large trees that required extensive work.

Although tree services are generally pricey, the crew did excellent work. Great job with clean-up too.
