Elsa is knowledgeable and friendly. Had good experience at the counter but waiting time is too long even after the appointment. There is an opportunity to improve wait time by giving priority to appointments. Office could have better seating arrangement.

Lovely experience. Elsa and the lady on counter no 2 were very supportive. Specially Elsa, she is very patient and knowledgeable. This a great improvement from the last time I visited. The procesess can be made slightly faster as well.

Elsa mam is great. Your organization is privileged to have her. She is well organized and offer quick service.

The staff was a great help and Pooja guided me really well. but the website could be more clear on the documents needed as I was asked to bring back a copy of my PR card back page on the spot. Also I guess a $12 dollar tip was automatically added for taking their extra time?? The amounts on 2 receipts are different and I don't mind paying but I need to know what I paid for that's all.

Not sure where I start but let’s start with the fact that they r only able to do 10 to 12 walk ins a day so if u r someone that see a lot of people waiting outside the office please don’t Waste ur time waiting just go and next day around 4 am and wait for 4 hours till they open the office and let u in and that wait till 12 to get ur application to be done coz they have so many appointments they book and give out and it is suppose to take 15 min per application this guys take minimum of an hour to complete a application .It is ridiculous of how many students have to wait here in line for hours and go back coz they can’t get their application finished on time majorly coz of how incompetent this office is nobody there to manage them there is no regulation security at the door never has a straight answer for anyone .I m not blaming the employees , they r doing best they can .I m blaming BLS when u r Charging us all the $$$ to get out work done list u can do is provide us with comfortable clean space inside and out . Office door is all taped coz it’s broken by the mail feeder doors r dirty as they can be hygiene at this place is just zero .If u guys r charging us money and having us wait since morning at least give us comfortable space and hire more people coz place like this needs 12 to 15 workers for it to run nicely and they r doing that here in just 5 to 6 people in which many don’t come prepared and that gives them chances to make money out of them by offering them new photo and printouts I don’t make u guys making money but u guys r making money in the backs for hard working students and other hard working Indian men and women who doesn’t have easy life here .BLS must open a few more branch’s so this doesn’t happen alot hire more employees spend some money on office space looks absolute garbage not a single beautiful pictures of art work on the wall . Nothing that screams INDIA to me .It’s is almost sad coz there is no professional service provided here . People work here r sad not one of them remembers how to smile or treat people they r blanks like robots they just talk work they r not happy where they r working .I m gonna make a videos and post abt this problem please help and share ur honest review abt this serious problem we r all facing . Even tho u get ur work done here we have to come here almost 5 hours before the office opens waste all the time money and energy .This is not abt if I got my work done or not this is purely unethical and not professional at all . Extremely disrespectful towards all the hardworking Indians student and workers .Clearly u guys r making money but not doing what’s required coz nobody complains but not now . I m gonna make sure my voice gets heard and this non professional service will not be tolerated make our life easier that’s why we pay u all the money to make it easier but u guys have made it so hard and u guys r barely getting though 50 application in person a day . For a everyday minimum 20 to 30 people walking back .Bls as a service really just look into this a provide us with a better service with better location better access better organized and a proper office u guys r charging us all the money and offering us service that absolutely not run like how professional offices as such should . Shameplease share ur comments down let me then know ur experience share what people have to go through so they can stop buying fake reviews and show them the reality .

Showed up to the Scarborough location with an appointment for 12.20pm. Apparently this means you're allowed to enter and take a number at 12.20pm, and when I looked at the waiting list, there were at least 35 numbers still waiting to be seen" ahead of me!I'm still sitting here an hour later

The Scarborough center does not offer a walk-in facility, contrary to what was stated by the Indian Consulate. I have attached a photo of the current notice on display for your reference. I would also like to request a change in the 'General query' timing from 3:00pm - 4:30pm to 3:00pm - 4:00pm, as I was rudely refused entry at 4:15pm at the Scarborough branch. I would appreciate it if a generic response from the 'Owner' on this review could be avoided, and instead actions are taken, such as training your staff to improve customer service. Thank you.

I had to renew my dads passport which was urgent in nature . BLS office in Toronto was a great help especially officer Elsa’s service was remarkable . I have been to this centre after 2017 and I see the staff were all polite and very helpful. Thanks for the great service . Sincerely appreciate all your help

I have already mentioned that I have contacted you on Facebook/Twitter before posting my review and there was no response and still you copy and paste the generic reply which you do for every comment.The staff was great and very helpful. Answered all my questions(5/5)About BLS(0/5) - Even after booking an appointment I had to wait for hours, what is the point of whole appointment system when at the end you will be put in the same queue as the walk-ins.They don't allow pickup and force to opt-in for the overly expensive courier service. They charge for two unnecessary courier deliveries - one for OCI and the second is for returning original documents. Out of all the documents, they keep the original surrender certificate with them (which should already be in their system as it was issued by them), giving them the benefit to charge you in the name of courier delivery.On top of the courier fees, I was charged $24 extra and there was no mention of it on the receipt and when asked they said it is for document delivery. I have not used any of their extra services, not even printouts.Their price break down is straight looting people:Photocopy charge on receipt: $0.88/pageService charge(that is not on receipt): $5.31/pageNo matter how correct you fill the application, they will find a mistake and ask you to pay those service fees (per page) to reprint your application.For BLS: Before commenting contact us on Facebook/Twitter" on my review
