this is a great shop for people who need to find a small size clothing , a lot selection for it , but it is not really big shop not a lot of merchnadise . if you nned more you need to got ot metro town

They have really great customer service. There’s this employee, he is the best employee and so generous he pulled 50$ from his pockets, for me to buy some Jeans from the store. He should be fricking promoted to manager for his kind actions.

Best affordable store for lowers and hoodies. For a chance this is one of the gap stores that's a factory outlet and was organized. The store is located right next to old Navy & Lucky right in front of food court.

I bought a few things at this store. The staff are so nice and welcoming. And everyone who works there keep asking if everything is okay. Really good costumer service

Was there today and saw one of the staff ram her cart to a customer. Apparently the staff didn't apologize either so the customers started a fuss. Overheard the manager offering the customer a coupon - I thought this was a joke! Obviously the customer didn't take it. The manager could have at least apologized to the customer! Rude staff and terrible customer service for sure.
