Dr Mclean removed my parathyroid 9 days ago. The surgery was very successful and I feel great. When I was referred to Dr Mclean by my endocrinologist, I had a pre-surgery consultation with her, and she really took her time to answer all my questions. She informed me what to expect before, during, and after the surgery, which lowered my anxiety. The steri-strips are off and you barely see the scar. Thank you so much, Dr Mclean, for accompanying me so skillfully, and in a holistic way, through the entire process!

Thyroidectomy SurgeryDoctor Mclean is an angel! She took amazing care of my health. From the first day that I spoke to her on the phone, she was listening and explaining. Most doctors, put out this persona that they don't genuinely care and that you are another patient. From her voice, you would think of her as a healer. She explained all the steps for my surgery, not as a doctor, but as a human being. She came to me and she held my hand to explain the surgery and she made me feel comfortable during the whole surgery period. She was very patient with me during the whole process. Whenever I wanted anything, she came right away and did them, no questions ask. She always came to me with great support and whatever my wishes were, she would deliver. It was a wonderful experience. I would like to thank her team and most importantly her for the great hospitability that she delivered for me. I highly recommend going for this doctor. Thank You Katrina, you are the best.

Customer service on phone @ Laurie Mclean extension: Arrogant and no patienceI called to ask if they are accepting new patients, an agent/nurse picked up my call and he kept me on hold for 5 mins straight way.I waited and after than he been so arrogant and has no patience to listen what I am saying.
