Very knowledgeable staff. Quick service. Very fast at installing the ac units. I appreciated that the installers used drop clothes in the house and vacuumed up afterwards. The follow up visit was also nice as I had a few questions to ask about the unit. Would recommend 100%.

The most thorough service and maintenance I ever had. Erik spent 2 hours checking everything and cleaning things as needed. He showed me pictures of the working parts and explained how things worked. Answered all my questions with patience and in terms I could understand.Terrific experience with the office girl and the service technician.

Great service. Prompt replies. The whole team that helped me out were awesome! Pre visit calls and follow up calls and every question answered in a way that I understood. The young man ( Steve) was on time , polite, pleasant and eye candy for my elderly wife, He fixed our AC Mini Split where a different local company had failed. RPR lived up to the hype.They have been truly reliable, professional and responsible throughout the entire process of having our heat pump installed.The communication via email and phone has been very clear and they are always quick to get back to me, answering all of my questions and allowing for scheduling adjustments as needed. Liz and Bianca have been great!The install was in a very tight crawl space and the technicians Craig,Danny and Mac did an excellent job. They worked very efficiently and delivered exactly on what was promised. Craig was very helpful and answered my questions and walked me through how to use and take care of our new system. They were especially kind to my 3 year old who was very curious about the whole operation.I would definitely recommend this company and the technicians that did the install!

The young man who came to fix our issue" realized right away what was wrong. We did have an extra turn off valve for the water shut off! So the visit was a whole 10 minutes. I will definitely call your company again since it is apparent that your technicians know what they are doing!"

They sent a team of people over three weeks to service my 34 year old air conditioner, advice regarding functionality, suggest various upgrades, guide financing decision. The first service person arrived to assess the fit of a new air con, second service people to install, third and forth to assist installation with electrical and plumbing and an inspector a week later to ensure that everything was working 100%. Everyone arrived on time, was professional, polite and friendly.

The absolute best service! They are so busy yet somehow fit me in. Their team communicates well. Doesn’t do the hard upsell and installed the right system. They replaced an old furnace with some tricky wiring but figured it all out and got me back online before the hot weather came back. Fast. Professional. And just good people. Highly recommend

My older air conditioner was not working .I received a timely call from RPR and was updated on their arrival time. The technician Jorge was absolutely superb. He explained my options both in a technical and understanding manner. Although a difficult process because of the age of the A/C he was able to repair it efficiently and at a very fair price.
