I recently purchased an old BMW RT1150 2002 and was looking for a specialized shop to fix up the leaking brake line and inspect it properly. I'm over the moon with what Shail's Motorcycles shop has done for me. Not only was the work excellently done but the customer service was amazing! I was living far away and they didn't want me to wait around for the repairs to be done, so they offered me a motorcycle to ride back home with - despite me being a completely new customer. What an amazing experience with Shail's Motorcycles!

I wanted to use shails because I purchased my motorcycle (1987 bmw) off of someone who had it serviced there all the time. When I dropped the bike off I was quoted $1100 to get it up and running which I approved. When it was time to pick it up they gave me a bill for twice that much! They did work without asking for an approval and the bike itself is only worth 3000k running. I told them I wasn’t prepared to pay that as no one spoke to me about it ahead of time and he said I either have to pay or they are taking the bike apart- I got them to take it apart and still had to pay 800 to pick it up and tow it home (not running). I towed it there and back for $ assuming it would have been a certain price and that they had a long standing relationship with the bike. The guy I bought it off of what shocked this happened… I hate to say it’s because I am a woman but I had terrible experience with them. Wish you all better luck than what I had with this business.

Used Shail's a few times now as they were recommended for my area in Maple Ridge. I have to say that their prices are better than what I've seen at other dealerships and they are great at helping out! I couldn't get one of my tires beads to fall in after I did the installation so I took it in to them fixed it no problems in minutes and they didn't even charge me. Thank you for the prompt and great service!

Friendly helpful staff. Parts prices are good. They stayed late when I needed a part from them at end of day. Nice family run business.

I’ve been going to Shail’s for years. They have serviced my 1200 RT’s my, and I bought a Ural from them last year. Great service. Absolutely no BS. They are friendly, down to earth, and competent.

I can only speak about Royal Enfield parts so far. Twice now I have been in desperate need of parts. My RE dealer (International Motorsports) does not stock anything and delivery dates are unknown. Both times I inquired at Shail's and not only were the accessories in stock, the price was at least 25% less. Thank you Shail's! It's worth the beautiful drive to Langley. I will also be wanting to bring my bike there for servicing!

Shail's is simply a great family run business.I'm a new rider and have bought two RE Himalayan's (first purchase in Nov2018 and April2019) and everything from the customer service to the bike ran very smoothly!Shane and the whole shop were yes" people to pretty much every one of my requests about my bike purchase.Their prices seem to be fair and their customer service is top notch

Honestly, I couldn’t contribute a negative experience I’ve had with “Shails” in over 30 years. From consignment to service, we’re fortunate to have this incredible dealership. Highly recommended and then some. Shane and/or Shail post old school business philosophy backed by customer service that is the envy of any dealership.

When I tried to give a deposit to hold this bike for me, they wouldn't take it, instead promised me I have first dibs until the end of the day. I was on the ferry from Vancouver Island immediately, and went to buy this minty XR! They even threw in a T shirt, this place was awesome to deal with!
