I ordered a monthly curation for my boyfriend’s birthday for February, and it was fantastic! The beer selection is super neat, especially of Ontario breweries that aren’t as familiar. Customer service was amazing from start to end. I was kindly greeted over the phone when I had a question about adding an additional beer and the process to do it. I’m glad to know there is a related beer shop to order some later. Prompt delivery at the beginning of the month and I liked their tracking system too. Definitely will recommend to others!

Love what these guys are doing. Brewers here in Ontario are making world class craft beer and it's great to see someone work around the wonky distribution channels ( LCBO, Beer Store, and Grocery Stores) to bring me the best of the best.

Great service! Ordered the 3 month option and the first month was excellent. Excited for the upcoming second and third months delivery. I really appreciated the level of detail on the tasting notes for each beer and the fact that they used 7 different breweries and 8 distinct styles.

First and last time using this delivery service. They sent out a tracking link on expected delivery date despite having failed to load it on their truck. Package was suddenly marked undeliverable and no one showed up.They eventually took responsibility for their error, which caused the package to be delayed by another 5 days. The company offered no resolution to the issue.This company was a delivery option for Left Field Brewery at the time this incident occured.(If Small Batch Dispatch is a delivery option, it's recommended you choose the alternative.)

Small Batch Dispatch communicated delivery information in an excellent manner. The delivery email is very handy as they narrow the delivery time down to a very small window.

I am hoping I can change this to 5 stars if I ever receive the delivery. I ordered a 3 month subscription for a Christmas present in November. They said they ship the beer on the second Monday of the month which would be December 12 and I have heard NOTHING from them. They were supposed to send an email with tracking and they have not responded to any of my emails! I’m super stressed I may have just gotten my husband the worst Christmas present of all time!

Honestly, one of the worst delivery services in Ontario.Order shipped several days late. Then I contacted them to say I would be in the office the next 3 days and couldn't receive the order so could I push to Friday. They said sure. Then tried to deliver it twice despite not being in office forcing us to call again. Now it's Friday and I just watched the delivery driver, via live tracking, say its unable to deliver because his delivery pin was wrong. Entirely their problem and fault.

Loved the idea of supporting local but inclined to ever use this company again. Donated a 3-month subscription for a Holiday event and can't seem to get someone on the line to update the shipping for us. Would really appreciate a call back after a number of calls, emails and Facebook messages to you guys!

Now 3 years in a row that my advent calander is late. Purchased on Oct 9 it will maybe show up on Dec6. You can't blame it on Canada post everytime. Upon purchase it said it will arrive Nov 5, thenit changed to Nov 27. Last time I use this company. Do not use this company, find another advent calander or beer service, their are lots out there and they can't be this bad.
