I ordered a tea at 8:01 and I got it at 8:23. The only reason I give 2 stars is for the one guy furiously making drinks. The rest of the staff either stared at the ceiling or mopped the floor right in front of him. It was a painful scene to behold.

Ordered a turkey, cheese, egg white breakfast sandwich and latte. Breakfast sandwich taste bland. One side of English muffin was soggy and the other side was hard. There was hardly any turkey meat on it. Not sure if the oven used heats evenly. I wouldn't recommend this sandwich. Latte was good and too hot. No sleeve; almost burned my hand. I had to ask for one. Empty side counter where you usually have can get napkins, sleeves, etc. Not sure why this is the case.

I love this location's staff. They've been super busy this holiday season but all the staff work so hard to make everyone's orders as quickly and accurately as possible, and they all keep such a warm and happy attitude.

I have only been here a handful of times but every time I come it’s about a 45 minute wait for a coffee. This is clearly pretty ridiculous.

My favourite Starbucks in Ancaster. I've always enjoyed meeting with clients at this location considering it is very spacious, lots of seating, clean restrooms, awesome staff and I particularly like how it is attached to Indigo. There atmosphere is incredible, especially around the holidays!
