I have been taking my car to Gary & Forward auto for years. Gary is as honest as the day is long, hard working, efficient and always has your best interest in mind. I am so thankful he was recommended all those years ago.

Very happy with the service I've received from Dana and Gary.I bought an excellent condition Porsche 996 from Dana and intend on bringing it back to Gary for all my services.

Forward auto is a local gem. If you own a porsche, BMW, Mercedes, etc., then forward auto team can take care of you. Prices are always very fair, work has been excellent (performed a full engine replacement, diagnoses have always been right on). Gary is great to deal with and I like his very direct way of communicating. This is a popular local business on a relatively small lot, so don't get discouraged by the parking lot shuffle. Forward staff will direct you around. As far as independent shops go, I only trust Forward with my Boxster.

I have been having my Porsches fixed here for many years. Can not say enough good things about Gary and his staff. Excellent work and extremely trustworthy business. Very highly recommend!!!

Gary, the owner of Forward really knows his craft. He is exceptionally fair as far as price. He only charged me just over $300 for an oil and filter for my Boxter. Porsche charges over $500 for the same job. If you want to get in touch by phone. Between 10=11 in the mornings. He is to busy to get to the phone other than the hour weekdays. He has surrounded himself with a great couple of guys that are lucky to learn from a savant like Gary. If you have a sports car. This place should be in your contacts. I feel very fortunate to have found this place.

Gary and team have been doing my oil changes and basic maintenance for a couple years now. He is very accommodating at getting my car in right away and I appreciate his honesty and telling me when I actually need work done on my car vs the dealership that I took it to previously which charged much more and told me my car needed work done that wasn’t actually necessary. Prices are great! Thanks for the awesome work and great service!

Gary and his team are competent, friendly and affordable. I can't thank him enough for doing a great job on my car and for having it ready when he said he would. Final price was an exact match to his quote for the work too. Can't thank him enough.

Appointment booked over the phone on a Thursday early afternoon for Friday ( very early in the morning ) to get the starter fixed .Towed the car there Friday before 9;00 AM , with the promise to have the starter fixed / changed by the end of the day . They told me that I am going to be called once the car is fixed . No call back , so I decided to go there 30 minutes before they close at 4 PM to find out what is going on . Surprise : the car is going to be ready just Monday . Reason : the starter cannot be repaired and a new one is needed and they couldn't find one . I called randomly a Canadian Tire and , yes they had starters .So here I am without the car for the weekend .I am not going to comment at this moment anything about the quality of the work as it is to early to do that .Very disappointed with the customer service received .

Just called to get some basic info on pricing and prev car history as I have all receipts from previous owner . Gary answered ( no company name mentioned ) did not actually listen to my question, was very matter of fact and went over privacy act etc and told me to just read the manual . I called a similar type of shop that works on European vehicles and they explained things and actually seemed interested in my business .I definitely will take my business elsewhere and not to this shop as the first impression was less to be desired .

It was my first time going to see these guys as I was reccomend by a friend. They are very knowledgeable, fast and most importantly good at what they do! Gary have me some solid advice and I would recommend anyone with a German vehicle to go to this shop. They have a great understanding of both new and old vehicles. Thanks again Gary and team!
