I had a sketchy company come by and say that my roof needed to be replaced. A few shingles had blown off in a storm but nothing too massive. After Sketch Inc. showed me pictures of windows with dented fascia that did not match my house or the time of day (it was afternoon and these pictures were taken at dusk at best) I reached out to Royal Exteriors.Shawn Mullen and his team got the roof done the first nice weekend in March and also replaced (and upgraded the size) of the gutters since we have a large surface area or roof and the old 4 inch ones weren't handling it well. Shawn was always responsive to emails and calls and I never had any qualms about the work being done or any issues with the quoted price.I would recommend Shawn and Royal Exteriors without any hesitation.

Customer beware!! So your roof is damaged from hail and wind and you have to find someone to repair it very soon...now comes the hard part. Who can you trust? Who will return your calls? And who will treat you with respect and get the ball rolling quickly? I can tell you who that is NOT! Shawn Mullen, and Royal Exteriors. Promised us an estimate 2x and never followed through. When he finally did, he offered us a shady deal we were not interested in, However, we had found Toby at Riverstone Roofing and they did NOT disappoint and they were very honest. Work was done by Riverstone in one day by a fabulous honest crew and company. We live in Sun Prairie and Riverstone wanted the homeowner to be pleased!

Shawn explains things very well and answers questions in a manner that is easy to understand. I had storm damage. I got new gutters and some new facia. Everything looks great!!! Additionally I talked to him about a support beam that needs painting and I wanted it wrapped. Done, perfect, looks great! I recommend this company!!!

Fantastic experience when we contacted Shawn and needed assistance swiftly to put a new roof on during a home selling process. Shawn and his crew were amazing and did everything to ensure things went off without a hitch. In fact, they went above and beyond and we couldn't be more thrilled! I had hail damage on my detached garage roof. Royal Exteriors was the cheapest bid out of three other contractors and were able to complete the work within days of the estimate. Shawn was easy to work with and didn’t pressure me into working with him; like I had felt with the other contractors. His crew showed up on the day he had said and completed everything as promised. Everything was cleaned up and looked great when I arrived home from work. Shawn also found some hail damage that the insurance adjuster had missed. He talked to the insurance company and was able to fix it all at no extra cost to me. Overall it went very smoothly and I would have no hesitation in using Royal Exteriors in the future!!

Shawn and Royal Exteriors did a great job replacing my roof after hail damage. My roof repairs were done in a timely manner, and Shawn was quick to keep me informed in the process. He helped me with paper work to my insurance to get money owed from them. I am very happy with this company and their services.

We couldn't be happier with the work done! Shaun was very easy to work with, and his prices were great. At first we were only going to get our roof replaced, but he noticed when it was raining that our gutters were overflowing. So, he was able to include a replacement of all our gutters and downspouts, along with the roof, and still stay within our budget. In fact, we got a higher quality shingle than other companies had quoted us.They did all the work while we were gone on vacation, and Shaun even texted us pictures of the progress. When we returned, everything was cleaned up and you couldn't even tell they had been here (except for all our new stuff!). After it rained the first time, Shaun even stopped by to make sure everything was working like we wanted it to. I highly recommend Royal Exteriors to anyone!

Shawn was professional and took the time to answer all our questions. We also were able to see previous work which helped us decide what shingle color to use. The crew was on time, worked hard and the entire roof was done in one day. Clean up was done throughout the day. I would use his company again.
