Good advice, caring staff and reasonable prices. They cared for our aging cat for several months and then were able to facilitate a comfortable passing for the old guy when the time came. The follow-up sympathy card from all their staff was unexpected and deeply appreciated.

Fantastic vet, all of the staff are friendly and very sweet to our dog. We've been going to them for almost 7 years now and our dog has had exceptional care from them. Definitely recommend them.

They included medication I didn’t need and it was 200$ and I called to say that I didn’t need this flea medication same day that I was there and they said I couldn’t bring it back but would consult the manager and someone would contact me. No one contacted me. I drove there to drop off the flea remedy and they still wouldn’t refund me so I left it there. They were also incredibly expensive compared to other highly rated vets and asked/pushed for unnecessary tests. Our dog was to get neutered there and they wanted us to follow him around with a ladle and collect a pee sample and wanted blood work and a stool sample. We have had male dogs before and never been asked such things. I called our old vet that we hadn’t gone to since we moved - but I figured the drive would be worth it. They laughed and said no none of that was necessary and did the surgery for the base price and included all necessary aftercare & medications.Don’t waste your time here.

I was so happy to get Queen's Park recommended to me after moving here 2 years ago. All the staff are super friendly, kind and caring; always asking how all the family members are doing regardless of who is in for their check-up. I've seen a few different doctors here and they have all been excellent. Very thorough during exams. Super surprised at how they calm our semi-feral cats. Great discussions around vaccinations and helping me make the decisions I think are best for our pets. I always leave with the knowledge I need to keep my pets happy and healthy. Zira, Bruce and Shirley are in great hands at Queen's Park Pet Hospital and give an all paws up recommendation!

We love this place almost as much as our dog does! I only say almost" because it is impossible to love it more than Bonnie. She gets such great cuddles and love from the staff and has zero fear going here. We live nearby and she drags us to their door whenever we come close to the building! She gets so disappointed when it's closed and her friends aren't there. The whole team is so great and and very warm and professional. I love that they always call to check up on her the day after she visits to make sure she's doing okay. We're so happy to have such a great vet close to us!"

My puppy Monte had the best first experience at Queens Park. Alice, Janelle and Dr. Sran were very helpful and kind. When we got there, we were greeted by Alice. Then Monte got to meet Janelle, the vet tech. She gave him some treats and made him feel really comfortable. Dr. Sran was kind and patient with Monte getting his vaccinations. He was spoiled with lot of goodies! Monte passed right out when we got home, haha. Some other highlights from our visit:- Janelle helped me research exactly where I can register Monte's microchip- We got a complimentary bag of Royal Canin puppy food and a small Kong toy- They called to check up on Monte the morning after his vaccineI felt very taken care of, I'm so glad we found Queens Park!

I’ve been taking my dog here for the past couple years. There reviews were good. Unfortunately the last time I wanted to get my dog neutered I had a bad experience. First they try and sell you everything possible and don’t care whether you need it or not and the prices are much higher than other clinic’s around. They charged me for flea control ($200) and didn’t let me return it (hours later), I left it with them as I wasn’t going to use it anyway. Be careful as they don’t care what they charge you for, won’t let you return it and don’t tell you that it’s not returnable.

For anyone looking for quality veterinary care, this is the place to go! I am not normally one to write reviews but this place really impressed me.Recently, my cat was having litter box troubles and they managed to get him an appointment the same day. Dr Sran was so kind and thorough in explaining everything and answering my millions of questions. These people really care about the animals well being. They are not cheap but it is well worth it in my opinion. They really went above and beyond by calling to check on him for a couple days after his visit and when I called a few days later with some concerns they brought him in for a follow up visit at no charge. I have also emailed them with questions in the past and they are very helpful and respond within a day or two.I have also dealt with Dr Ford in the past and she was very thorough and did everything she could to help. The vet techs and assistants are always so kind and gentle. It is a fear free clinic so they will not force anything on the animals which I appreciate. It is very comforting to know that if my cat needs anything Queens's Park will be there for him. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants the best care for their furry family members!
