I had my taxes done through this firm and I have had a very bad experience. This firm has nothing good to say about it other than it is a very unprofessional, lack of communication, erratic emails exchange, and mainly lack of value.I felt I am behind on my taxes and tried to call and make an appointment to talk about all the details but unfortunately I was not given the chance to do so. I kept calling and leaving voicemails but nothing until taxes time was gone then I received my T2125. I was very disappointed when I learnt that this firm which has only one person was putting me down the list for the only mistake of paying in advance.Later on, I paid extra money to a much better firm, but I got everything straighten up with CRA.I highly recommend everyone to not deal with this firm so they find themselves out of business or probably start treating their customers with more dignity and respect.
