19$ an hour to work in a dirty smoky shop.No work gear providedNo filtered welding hood providedNo fume extractorsAnd they wonder why they can’t find workers.Here’s a pro tip, pay more than McDonald’s for skilled workers and maybe you’ll have a happy reliable workforce and maybe you wouldn’t have to spend millions on an automated welder (which cuts more Canadian jobs) from Germany.This corporate greed has to come to an end.
