It's a lot of ran down trailers and Mark the owner is a slum Lord. He doesn't want to fix his property he says it's the tenants job but if you don't own the trailer then it's his responsibility. They need to fix a lot of those trailers and put some lights around the property at night it's pitch black which isn't ideal for safety. They need to upgrade those trailers ASAP!

The manager of the trailer park does nothing to help there tenants. She's extremely disrespectful. (Merriam) The manager and the owner literally knew of a bed bug infestation and still allowed my mother and her partner to move in. The saddest part is they knowingly allowed two people on disability to move into an infested home. They could get sick and die on top of there health problems they already have, but neither the owner or the manager could care less for any of there tenants. Now they have to throw the little life they have built away and figure out from there.

They made us put our own floor in than after my ex put the whole floor down they charged us for the new floor that we put in. The lady in the office has no managing skills what so ever. The trailers are full of fleas all summer long hardest thing to get rid of. And it's just straight up nasty I'd give negative stars if I could.

Neighbors constantly stare at you out the windows.People arguing in the streets off whatever substances they got their hands on. Cats. Everywhere. The Owner of the park is yet another slumlord/ lawyer wanna be. Maintenance takes YEARS to fix your appliances. Awful place to live.

Horrible management and maintenance. They will not fix anything but sure will do anything to get people to rent even lie and say they will fix the stuff you asked but it's a year later and nothing has been fixed. The walls in the trailers have no insulation causing your electric bill to be sky high and they also charge you anywhere between 30 to 40 dollars for water and will no explain why it differs. Lighting in the complex is horrible it's so dark at night you would think you live in the woods. Ya it's cheap for rent but not worth the headache when there solution for a fix is duct tape. Have been asking for a bed room door for the entire time I have been living here it will be a year in February. There are air leaks everywhere in the house and management tells you it's all on you to fix it up when it was like this when we moved in.DO NOT RENT HERE UNLESS YOU REALLY NEED A PLACE TO SLEEP.

Very run down considering how it use to be kept up. Is cheap to live in if you need a place to go though. And management is really nice.

They are garbage. They promised me new carpet when we moved in ive been there for 6 months still no word on it.. its the dirtiest trailer park i know . Oh and the matinence guy came to fix our sink and instead broke it and said we had to pay for it

I wouldn't recommend this place it needs to be worked on loud noises there too many problems there i didnt like that place at all has bugs and everything else mice or rats come up the walls in the kitchen.

Most of the trailers are.older.than 30 yrs and falling apart. U get sucked into a buy not rent so u have to fix anything wrong.

Reasonable rent prices but mostly for people on a budget. Older people are there. The owner needs to upgrade this place. He doesn't do anything.
