Good selection but make sure you have plenty of time to wait in line to pay for your items.Slow service.....

Love shopping at Marc's because of the quality of the merchandise and good deals and sales but as a senior would like to see a bit more discounts because living on wages from Trudeau is tight thank you

Mark is always a great place to shop, they have great return policies and normally some good sales. One thing that I would like to see improvements on is the level of cleanliness and organization in the shoe/boot section. Availability is always a shot in the dark, you never know if your going ti get your size. One other thing is the really good Sales, always have the least favourable sizes. Either too small or too big. Always a great team ready to help, which is always nice! I’ll be back!

Typically great prices, good quality stuff. Buy a lot of my husband's work stuff there. Good sales. Bonus: they are a part of the Canadian Tire Money system. They do often run out of sizes in store and you have to order online, but it's a pretty good system. Delivery to your house or store. And you can do returns in store which is helpful.

I purchased a pair of winter walking/ hiking boots and within a few months the sole separated from the boot so with receipt in hand i returned them to the store and the staff gladly exchanged them for a new pair as they were defective (not abused). With the new pair the same issue occured so obviously it must be a design flaw ( a $150 Columbia boot). On November 23rd i returned with my defective boots but without my receipt and not knowing the date i purchased this 2nd pair. The corporate store return policy" does require one of these to occur however upon speaking with the manager and her seeing that the boots were defective she went above and beyond and gave me a gift card to compensate me for the boots. I then acquired a pair of Windy River winter boots which suit my needs very well. It's because of great customer service that we'll continue to shop at Mark's

Excellent customer service...some stock not readily available making them promote online sales. Explains the downsizing of the store.

Very big store with not really anyone around to help you out. Could not find what I was looking for asked the cashier and got nowhere gonna go and order online. Love the company just not a great experience at this location.
