Jennifer is the best stylist I have ever been to. I spent a few years going from salon to salon but since I found Jennifer, I will never be switching again! She is so incredibly personable, kind, and extremely knowledgeable. She is also very honest in any of her hair care recommendations which is hard to find, especially in Toronto. I have also purchased some things from her online store and have been extremely satisfied with each purchase! 16/5 stars Jen!!!

A friend of mine gifted me the silk pillowcases and they are amazing! They're very comfortable, my hair looks less matted down in the morning, and they add a nice luxurious touch to my sleep experience! I was pleasantly surprised to learn they are from HAIRBYNIF--love supporting small businesses!

I enjoyed my experience at HAIRBYNIF. She was punctual..which I loved. Professional, polite and very friendly.She dyed my hair. I love it!!! This hairdresser was concerned about the color that I wanted. Also how I felt during the process. She made sure that the dye wasn't all over me or the place...things were done neatly and efficiently. I was given instructions by Jennifer on how to maintain my dyed hair. Great products. Her pricing was reasonable. Website is user friendly.HAIRBYNIF.I just love the color of my hair.!!! Jennifer is the only person I trust doing my hair! She's been doing my for over 7 years. She starts with a consultation, and she really listens to what I want for my hair. Jennifer is also realistic, so she will tell me what is possible and the proper steps so I don't damage my hair. I recently got her scrunchies and I absolutely love them!! I use them all the time, and I get so many compliments. There's so many colours and sets to choose from, and they don't leave any dents in my hair! I just bought her silk pillowcase from her Black Friday deal. I'm excited to try them :)

Jen is the only person I ever let cut my hair. I've had bad experiences with haircuts in the past and I was so hesitant to get my hair cut again but Jen really makes sure to listen to what I want and fully delivers. She knows how to style and cut hair based on the texture and I trust her because of it. I recently purchased her hair scrunches as well and they've been a huge lifesaver for me. I have wavy/curly hair which tends to get knotted up easily so using the silk scrunchies have been made such a difference. Putting them on and taking them off is a smooth process and I don't feel like I'm fighting my hair anymore.
