I hear he's a great counsellor, but he's terrible at returning calls. I called twice, left 2 messages, never heard back. So I never got to the part where I can tell if he's a good counsellor or not. A return call would be nice, even if you are not taking patients at the moment

I have had a few sessions with Dean and wanted to say that he has shown a great deal of empathy and concern about my well being. When I ask for specific help and feedback in the issue at hand, he has filled me up with great insight adding a spiritual dimension to the science of cognitive therapy. We speak about awareness and meditation and we connected at a deeper level in this regard. I am very happy I have found Dean.

Dean is so attentive and understanding. By the time I finish my session, he has me grounded and feeling heard. He is very insightful, and given me tools to cope and heal. Dean put off this great calming energy which stood out the most. He listened to every little detail and engaged in every little thing. I found myself being able to open up a lot better as I was very comfortable within the first session. He definitely understands and helps!
