People should visit this lovely waterfront park when passing through Wiarton. It's hidden, so you have to turn right one block, off Hwy 6 in order to find it.

Very good spot. Camping site with water and hydro. A little bit noisy on days because of construction on road of outside park. Half sites are water front. Very scenic.the price is right as it operates by city. Washroom is very clean.

Such a great park with a nice view. Wiarton Willy statue, splash pad and even a fishing cleaning station by the boat ramp haha

Not one for campgrounds. Usually camp remotely. But for trip around Tobermory and area was good spot to set up a base camp for few days. It's nothing special, indoor showers and washrooms, believe they close between 10pm-7am. But there's porta Jon's around. Next to the bay. It's a nice spot :)

We spent 5 days there in July and it was our last family vacation ever (although we didn't know that at the time). The staff was wonderful, the view was spectacular, the site was large (although I do think we had the only sight that was like 2x bigger than the rest of them). The bay was GORGEOUS! We spent time in the water, as well as photographing it. It rained a great deal while we were there, but it was still amazing! We loved our trip!!! It was our first time staying at Bluewater Park but we found most of the fellow campers welcoming and helpful. We appreciated the environment and the welcoming from strangers! We had a wonderful time and my daughter LOVED it!! The bay was cold but so nice!!! And the park was right by the library, the Wiarton Willie Statue was right there AND you could WALK in to the town!!! Everything was so close!!! Grocery stores, LCBO and beer stores (if you drink), candy store, ice cream shops, restaurants & our FAVOURITE place to go The Painted Turtle! My daughter LOVED that store!!! Incredible experience and we will be back for sure!!!!

Pretty spectacular view and location, however the park doesn't seem to have any rules. Very loud at night on the weekend and the tents are literally almost on top of each other. We have never been on a campground with campsites as small as this one. Not sure we would ever stay there again. The also sold us completely wet wood which made the kids pretty upset as we couldn't have a bonfire. There was absolutely no way to light it up.

Astonishing lake view with sufficient number of benches to sit and relax. You can drink your coffee and enjoy the view.

Wiarton is a beautiful town with lots to explore. Campground was lacking in bathroom facilities; would recommend bringing your own firewood as theirs was wet each day and all kindling; the tent sites are quite small... but I'd sacrifice that any time for the view each morning right from the water adjacent site.Visited again in 2022.

It's a good place for the kids to hang out and it's free. You can splash around in the water or play on the slides and other stuff availablePlenty of sitting area and parking so no worries or headaches. The scenery is just like the movies - beautiful.
