This store scammed my granddaughters best friend on her 17th birthday. Their absolute garbage top broke on the night of her birthday. Absolutely unacceptable and please note that this will be brought up with the head of your corporation. Her top fell completely off infront of hundreds of people. NEVER SHOP HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO END UP HUMILIATED

Store is clean and tidy, no support around the store but quick assistance in the fitting rooms. The line up to pay was short but extremely slow, frustratingly so and unnecessary. I'm not sure if the staff are too focus on getting customers details and logged into their Garage account, but there needs to be a better system. It took about 20 minutes to pay, with only 4 customers in front of us, because customers were encouraged to get logged in, even if it required a reset of their password. Only 2 cashiers were working. They should have another tablet to take customers details so transactions are quick and easy. I felt like my time was disrespected and no apology or 'thanks for waiting' from the cashiers.It's a shame because my daughter loves the store but I won't be shopping there again any time soon.

All other staff were very nice but had a very rude cashier i believe her name was Dakota. She was extremely rude to my young 10 yr old daughter in front of me. Couldn't believe it. Should not be talking to customers that way at all, espically a child. Mangement should pay better attention to how this worker treats customers :(

Had the absolute best time in garage this weekend! The girls was super nice in helping my find an outfit for a date I had that night, they brought be tons of recommendations and were so so helpful in the fitting room! Even the girls at the till were so sweet about getting me my point on my account and even helped me reset my password! Will definitely be back soon :)

A worker at this store was very rude about what size I wore. In the dressing rooms, I asked to try pants in another size and she asked what size I tried that fit me. I said size 7. Then she yelled out in surprise, SIZE SEVEN?!?!?! oh
