Shoppers Drug Mart

Terribly run, horrible customer service. If you need a prescription in a timely manner, go elsewhere. They are always hours behind, run out of stock and never inform customers of delays. Dr. sent faxed prescription in at 10:30 am for a much needed antibiotic. By 7pm husband went in to find out what was taking so long while I was at home in agony. He was told that it had not even been imputed into the computers....nearly NINE HOURS LATER. By the time he got it at close to 9pm it was far too late and I was in an ambulance on the way to the hospital. Give them another chance and they ran out of the medication. Did I get a call? NOPE! Oh sorry, we don't have it, come back tomorrow. Seriously!! Like I need another run like last time? Went back to the counter and raised a stink and only THEN were they all fired to find the medication at another store. Unbelievable. Never again! So poorly run it is scary. Hopefully they wont end up killing anyone.

Always a battle to get prescription renewed from doctor. Shoppers say they sent, Doctor says they have nothng. Tried to pick up prescription, new person asked name, spell name, address, date of birth, I was one step away from blood type. Senior member stepped in and gave me my prescription. Thing are certainly different since Carolyn Burpee left. Last week went for flu shots, very conjested with people, poorly organized. They were going up and down the aisles trying to find people to hand out flu receipt.

Have been unable to refill prescriptions by phone at the Prescott location since first dealing with them over a year ago. Today, I spent fifteen minutes filling out forms to get a flu shot. Then, I searched to see if the Prescott store had stock and if they were providing vaccinations. Got a green light on the map and travelled from my rural location into Prescott. I was advised by the pharmacist that they have stock, but they are giving injections only by appointment at clinics due to a policy from their corporate office.So, I wasted an hour, fuel, hobbled in to my drug store with my cane and brace for nothing, after having followed their instructions to confirm availability.My new pharmacy ordered all my prescriptions from Shoppers this afternoon and I'll not be back into a Shopperslocation again.Terrible customer service and bait and switch tactics - shame.

I went to get a prescription (was told a 15min wait like usual) and a friend came for a passport photo and everything was going smoothly until the cashier didnt know how to use the Passport camera.. But he finally located a staff member that could...If the battery was charged that is...So all in all the passport photo took almost 3 times as long as my prescription hence the 3 stars but very much deserving

Cosmetic manager, Keri, treated me awfully. All the other staff I have encountered throughout my shoppers experience was great. Too bad such a person treats anyone so badly. Why work in customer service?

It's kind of a 3 in one store, cosmetic, pharmacy and grocery... All 3 do well. Cosmetic people are awesome for helping me buy little gifts for my wife. The pharmacy is quick, efficient, and very competent. They actually have helped clear up errors made by doctors. So I appreciate them quite abit. The grocery is well maintained. There's a fair variety. But it's usually more expensive than the same product sold by the same corporation in a different brand store in the same town lol Front staff are very prompt and courteous. They tend to know exactly where everything is. So, a bit pricy on some things. But great service staff with a very reliable pharmacy.

Went to Shoppers in Prescott on Saturday to get no name butter($4.29 )and pc bacon ($5.99) for 2 days only,Saturday and Sunday. The butter went thru at sale price but the bacon went thru at$6.99, I told the cashier but it didn't matter, very disappointed

If I could show a review with no stars I would! This has to be the worst place for terrible customer service! I purchased something and the price came up wrong as to what the tag said on the shelf. I stated to the cashier it had the wrong price but she wouldn't change it then the supervisor came up and she argued with me and wouldn't honor the tagged price. Needles to say I told them they could keep it and walked out! I work in retail and you are suppose to honor the tagged price!I will never be back to shoppers drug mart in Prescott AGAIN!!VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Shopper's on King Street, Prescott, has been giving my husband & I, the best service one could want &, need. I want to give a shout out to Associate, Carolyn Burpee, Pharmacists Chris & Rocque/Rock, RX-counter assistants &, all the store clerks. You guys have been outstanding. I have always felt respected, welcomed &, you have been an important part in the life of my, very, disabled husband &, I.We are moving away from Prescott, soon, and we want you, all, to know, we will remember you, fondly.Thank you...best wishes,Heather Jacobs
