Simply beautiful and elegant. My experience was delightful. I ordered acacia wood straight cut 7 ft table. At the time of ordering the store and sales specialists were very clear about the lead time. Delivery was well before communicated timelines.The delivery guys were very professional and communicated their arrival in advance as requested.The sales specialists in store helped me make up my mind and did a good job in setting clear expectations.

Great design and collection. We bought the dining chairs, bar chairs and the coffee tables, everyone loved the furniture. JJ helped us to finalize the coffee tables which will fit with our furniture. Highly recommended!!

I definitely have mixed feelings about my experience. My live edge table is excellent, but I only purchased it there because of their Essen patchwork armchairs, and those have been a huge disappointment. They never assembled properly and as far as I’m concerned, they’re poorly designed. The pics show how the legs are all at uneven angles, and how the design itself results in a loose and unlevelled seat. The legs require constant tightening, which is indicated in the assembly instructions, but which also strips the bolts eventually, and one of my four chairs didn’t last 8 months before it was broken because of how the legs attach to the base of the chair. Like I said, disappointing because these chairs are beautiful to look at, but they can’t only be decorative. They have to be functional, and these definitely were not.I contacted customer service about this, and despite a bit of back and forth, they eventually made it right. In fact, very generously so, truth be told. If you’re going to shop here, just be cautious. Some products are spectacular and some aren’t, but customer service will eventually make you happy if you are persistent and patient.

The mango wood sideboard we bought was easy to assemble & looks great. They only deliver it curbside so make sure you have someone to help since its heavy. The lower star rating is because for the price they should check the quality of their products for any deficiencies before shipping. The middle drawer has 3 drill marks plus blue pen marks where it looks like they accidentally drilled the wrong holes for the metal handle and then just left the drill holes and pen marks in the middle of the drawer that faces out. We reached out and its been almost a week and no response and when we called to follow up, the guy who answered said they are backed up and then hung up while my husband was still talking. They do make beautiful products but customer service and quality assurance needs work and we are still waiting on a resolution.UPDATE: Finally heard back from Wazo team and per my initial request they shipped a replacement drawer which we now recieved and looks great. We are happy with the final resolution so I wanted to updated this review and included a photo of the new middle drawer. Although it took a bit longer than I wanted, in the end Wazo made it right and they stood by the quality of their products. I would order from them again.

We absolutely love love love our new Wazo Suar dining table! Our sales assistant Kritika helped us over the past few months to select a perfect live edge slab. She was easily accessible through WhatsApp as we live in Vancouver and she even virtually WhatsApp video chatted with us several times to show us multiple tables before we chose one we were happy with. 5+ stars to Kritika for her customer service. The entire process from order to delivery was very smooth with Wazo. Will definitely buy from them again.

Absolutely horrid experience.I am extremely disappointed with the service I’ve received from Wazo furniture company. As a first time buyer, it was one hurdle after another. I purchased three of the ARI black dining chairs from their Wendell location during Canada Day long weekend and originally requested the items to be delivered. When I didn't hear back in the middle of the week regarding a delivery time, I gave the company a call and it just went downhill from there.After an hour long conversation with a customer care representative, I just ended up biting the bullet and driving back to the warehouse to pick up the items myself after getting 10 day quote for delivery despite originally being told it would take 5 business days (worth mentioning I live 20 minutes away from you Wendell Ave. location).I picked up the items, only to discover that the tools necessary to put together the chairs had been removed from the box. These chairs in particular come prepackaged in a 4 box set so they most likely removed the chair that had the tools attached.I'm now back on hold for another hour trying to contact their customer care department once again.Save yourself the grief, just buy from IKEA. It's the same quality in my opinion and way less headache.

I love this chair! I wanted a big chair to curl up in and read a book. This is it! It's quite firm now, but I think it will soften over time and it's so comfy. I'm considering getting a second.Wazo were great to deal with and delivery was really quick. Highly recommend.

Quality issues - this store definitely has some good designs but be aware of the mediocre quality. Pictures below shows poor quality couch cushion inserts from the couch Owen. I was shocked when I opened the zipper for the first time. Two yellow sponges were inserted on top of each other as cushion filling, leaving a gap in between. I have had this couch for less than two years and the cushions keep giving me issues, need to be re-fluffed very often, at least twice a week. It loses shape and support very easily. I have contacted the store, they replied said it is out of one year warranty period. Personally I don’t find this is wear and tear issue, more a quality issue from begin with. I have never seen cushion inserts in such a poor quality.I am not someone who looks to update my furniture every two years, so I won’t purchase from this store again. Their price might seems competitive at first, but in the long run, you end up spending more for replacement.
