I would highly recommend going to Boat Warehouse Georgian bay . I ordered my dream boat back in the fall mid pandemic and Steve Forma made it happen against the odds with little to no inventory available, as well all the Choices I asked for he made happen although some items were not available right away such as the added sport top. But once it came in he took care of that , upgraded my prop for better performance, ran my fish finder, repaired the accidental damage to my trolling motor no charge , and a clean up and general Maintenance on the whole boat and trailer plus replaced my pedestal as the handle snapped off.I asked for a few extras and he made them happen . Very patient and friendly service, the overall experience was excellent! I’ll be enjoying this dream boat for years to come.

We bought our Lowe FM 1625WT boat from theboatwarehouse back in 2019. What a fantastic fishing machine that we used extensively for 15 months until we ran into some warranty issues. We had to send the boat back to the dealership so they could ship it to the manufacturer for repair! During this process we we’re dealing with Ashley who sold us our boat and was taking care of the warranty issue. She was very friendly and helpful in selling us our boat and also getting our repairs taking care of. She also was responsible for convincing the manufacture to give us a brand new replacement boat instead of fixing our previous boat. Also the service team at the boat warehouse were amazing at putting all of our equipment back on the new boat and giving us a complimentary oil change for the inconvenience it took being without our boat for nearly 8 months! Thank you for taking care of us during this lengthy, frustrating at times process!

We recently bought our first boat at The Boat Warehouse. Stephen did an excellent job at informing us about the choices and taking care of all of our needs, even in this difficult COVID season. We are really pleased with our purchase and the team at the Boat Warehouse. Even though they sell boats the staff there actually sell excellent customer service!

Nice new boats for sale but not many used for sale, at the time of this review no used boats for sale, most people saving the money and selling themselves. But if you didn't want to sell your boat and wanted a boat place to sell it for you, I think this is a good place for that. Woman at the desk was knowledgeable and friendly ....I like this place

My husband and I went to the Toronto boat show and talked to Kurtis. At the time our plan was to look at boats this year and buy next year. Even though Kurtis knew our plan he still took the time to talk with us and explain the boats to us. Well our plans changed and we decided to buy this year. We live in the Niagara Region and still choose to make the drive to Kingston to buy our boat from the boat wearhouse. When I called I talked Jake who was great and I explained that we talked to Kurtis at the boat show. Jake helped us get everything started. Greg in finance was great and got us all set up. We just picked up our new Lowe FM1675 WT today and Kurtis walked us through everything with the boat. Everyone was a pleasure to deal with. I would definitely recommend buying your boat from them.

The Boat Warehouse consistently provides excellent service. A few years ago we moved further north on Georgian Bay and I decided to give another local marina a try simply due to their close proximity. That proved to be a mistake and I happily came back to the Boat Warehouse. Their attention to detail, knowledge and engaging staff makes them the best choice. When I picked up my boat this week everything was done correctly and I was delighted by the buffing they performed over the winter. Apparently the person who does this really enjoys the task and it shows. Well done!
