This establishment is extremely unprofessional and careless with their service as well as with the handling of their products. They make little to no effort to reconcile or come to a positive outcome when dealing with THEIR mistakes and shrug off all of it like it’s not their problem. This has happened multiple times and I chalked off the first two times as I believed it may have been certain employees or whatever. But, at this point it’s getting out of hand and this behaviour is not acceptable, especially, as a company of their standard. I DO NOT RECOMMEND USING THIS COMPANY AND DOING ANY SORT OF BUSINESS WITH THEM. Completely disappointed and disgusted that this level of negligence is allowed or tolerated.

This guy Fernando is the worst person ever! He has horrible manners and such a liar. Don’t even bother dealing with this guy!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THEIR SERVICESThe owner who manages this agency is completely unprofessional, unethical, and does not take responsibility nor accountability for the liabilities within his management. On October 2021 I came home to massive dent on my car with no note left for me as means to contact the person responsible. Considering that this was my first car and I had bought it a couple months prior, this was heart-rending and distressful. After filing a report with CSU and Local Police, nearly a month later video-graphic evidence was found and provided as evidence of a crane from Leal Rentals hitting my car on the passenger side with an overhaul ball. Upon contacting the company and finally getting in touch Fernando of Leal Rentals, I showed him the footage of the incident in which he offered to have his friend at DuPont Collision fix it for me and that he would call me. As time went on and I hadn’t received a call, I decided to contact DuPont Collision myself, turns out everything promised to me by Fernando had not been communicated with the said company. Fernando continuously gave excuses to avoid having to deal with my issue such as Allistair, George (his “buddy” at DuPont) being on a supposed trip to Europe and hasn’t returned yet hence he can't do anything? But on other occasions he's told me that he's on top of everything and will sort it out. I've been making multiple attempts to communicate with him with hopes of speaking with him but with no avail. It has now been 6 months since, the last time I spoke with him he said and I quote “bug off”, and ever since I haven’t been able to reach him. Only today did he pick up but said he was somewhere with poor cell service, which was strange given I had called the store line. I think it's fair to say enough is enough. I have video footage of the perpetrator who had damaged my car with the crane. I believe I have exerted a reasonable amount of patience but now am forced to take alternative measures. No more taking appointments" to get my car fixed. This establishment runs on deception and poor ethics."

I’ve try coming to talk to Fernando, because I had an issue! Instead of calling me back! He just said he would contact me back, it’s been 2 weeks! Fernando is a fraudulent guy! Don’t do business here!

Worst customer service experience. their operator Fernando caused extensive damage to my property with careless operation of the machine and owner refused to take responsibility even after shown clear security video of Fernando's negligence. He just said good luck taking it to court and refused to correct their mistake. Avoid this company at all costs unless you want your property damaged and your calls ignored

Poor ethics and business conduct. Not taking accountability for mistakes, false promises and constantly pushing dates. Not reliable at all to get what’s needed done. Staff are an extension of the company. Says a lot about the whole team.

Leal was a life saver, they were a huge help when we were in a tight spot and needed a telehandler. Specifically Fernando was a huge help.. excellent customer service. Thank you!

I've rented quote a few things from Leal over the years. It's very nice that they're local, and usually have a very good selection of equipment. Service is very courteous and friendly, and fairly priced.

Horrible service.please everyone do not come here whatsoever. You will regret it always, save your money and time and stress and find a diff company …. Nothing but deception and lies here
