Called 5-6 other towing services. 4 didn't pick up, number 5 couldn't get a truck out to me within the timeframe I needed it. But they told me maybe call Nanaimo TowingI called and the guy was able to get a truck out within an hour, narrowly saving my butt from having to reschedule a whole bunch of appointments related to my newly flat tire.Thanks Nanaimo Towing! Five Stars!

Nanaimo Towing
These guys have come to the rescue for my family 3 times in 18 months. Once for a dead battery, twice for other mechanical issues for two different vehicles. They are professional, honest, and really good with kids! We highly recommend their service!

I was stuck at an intersection with a dead battery and people honking and yelling at me and a very kind gentleman saw my truck stopped with the faded flashing lights and took the time to turn around and come back to see if I needed help. I am so grateful that he took the time to do that and take me to where I needed to go. I appreciate your kindness Nanaimo Towing!

I was in line for boarding the Duke Point Ferry and accidentally locked the van with my keys inside, 30 minutes from departure. I called Nanaimo Towing, explained my desperate need and time constraint. Scott raced to my rescue. Arrived while the ferry was loading. He was friendly, competent, honest and opened my van in 2 minutes. I just got on the ferry in time. I will be forever grateful and recommend Nanaimo Towing to everyone. It was my most desperate hour. (30 minutes)

Thank you Nanaimo Towing. You rescued me in tears after my car blew up, dropped me off at home and took care of disposing my car. You also looked after me in one of the worst times in my life, I had to put down my horse of many years. Once again, you stepped up and took care of everything. Polite Professional Service.

My vehicle broke down on the parkway. So stressful. Scott was quick to answer my phone call. He arrived 10 minutes earlier than he assessed. My vehicle was loaded on the flatbed and dropped off at the dealership in record time. End to end, my experience was 23 minutes. I was so appreciative of his professionalism, calmness, and kindness. THANK YOU SCOTT! You made an unfortunate situation tolerable and my vehicle fix was only $350. Phew!
