Today was my first experience with Stuart and Effort and Ease. It was terrific. Referred by friends who spoke so highly of Stuart, I was still impressed. He is very thoughtful and thorough, very well informed, and concerned to understand any issues that might be affecting you. In an hour, we had a terrific session, I learned a number of things that will be of help, and Stuart was able to hone in on a few areas for special attention. The session left me relaxed and at ease, feeling very well rested and loose in my own body. It was a terrific experience, one which I will repeat regularly. Cannot recommend Stuart more highly.

I had an acupuncture appointment with Sue last week and she is amazing! Her attention to detail and warmth within the space is so appreciated. She really took the time to understand what my body needed that day. I also love how thoroughly she explains what she is doing and why when she is working! I would absolutely recommend booking an appointment with her.

Stuart is an amazing healer. Knowledgable, kind, friendly and passionate. I have sent many people here and all have the same reaction at how great he is. If you haven't seen him yet please do,The space is updated and well decorated. Callie at the front desk is wonderful. Booking is straightforward and easy. So excited to watch this place grow.

Stuart is a magician and it always amazes me how easily he can find the problem areas and fix them. Whether it’s new issues or old injuries, he will get you back on track. A wealth of knowledge when it comes to the human body. Thank you for always resetting me back to zero. Highly recommend!!

I’m beyond impressed with effort and ease. On top of the calming atmosphere and friendly staff, the quality of service is unmatched. Stuart explains why you may be experiencing certain pains, tells you what causes it, how to address it, and develops a tailored exercise program to address your ailments. I’ve never seen such commitment to delivering results and I look forward to my next appointments!

Stu is awesome. I have had many massages for many years but nothing compared to this. His techniques and differ T tools he uses during his treatments are amazing. He is super smart and knows his stuff. My first appointment I felt an instant relief. I go to him on a regular and he’s helped with with so many things that has been aggravating me for years. My hubby also goes to see him. I would highly recommend him. You will not regret it.
