Triple O's Science World
Takeout window is laughable. They refuse to acknowledge customers and leave you waiting until everyone inside has been served. Except Uber of course, they get VIP service. Avoid at all costs.

Tables were dirty, service was average. We only wanted a milkshake to go, there wasn't many people in line, it took 3 people 15 mins to get our shake while we sat at filthy tables waiting.

Had a very pleasant time here when over with friends, the service was very quick and food was lovely, special thanks to the young Irish man at the till who was very helpful and patient w my friend who suffers from Tourette’s.

Our first time to dine here while spending a family day in Science World.We ordered a milkshake and we mentioned it 2x to the guy at the till. Order came fast but it was missing the milkshake. They told my husband to pay for it (the fact that they made a mistake should have prompted them to give it for free). That is common courtesy for customer service.Tip: ALWAYS REPEAT THE ORDER BACK TO THE CUSTOMER!!!! It’s that simple.Anyway, we got the milkshake for free but someone at the counter kept looking at us with such fierce eyes. Constantly looking while we eat our meal. As if we “lied or stole” for the milkshake. It was very rude and it made us very uncomfortable.We noticed another family complaining about the order that has not been completed and the same guy/girl from the till, ROLLED HER EYES on this customer as customer walked away. Is this how you treat customers?Disappointing customer service especially being in a family friendly area. Whoever the manager on this location is, is failing and the team needs retraining on customer service.Food is ok, nothing new on triple O’s. Place is dirty compared to other triple Os, sticky floors. Overflowing garbage.

Triple O's Science World
I ordered burgers several times here and their burger’s taste and smell were terrible sometimes. Obviously, they are not doing a right quality control or food safety training regularly. They should not sell this kind of food to kids and their family in Science World. Also, on the other days, they forgot my order so I had to wait for 30 min to pick up the burger. They even did show up for pick up order during business hours.

Pricey, but the food is good. There's literally nothing better around. The other closes restaurant is McDonalds. I'll take triple O over it any day of the week. Be aware that this place is small, you might have to eat outside.

If you're enjoying the science world and need to eat, this is almost the only option. Good burgers and nice kids meal deal. The greatest thing there is the view around the restaurant and it's worth every penny you spent on the meal.

Worst burger ever, the bun was gummy and meat was cold, cheese never melted. Fries were cold and like cardboard. Tasteless chicken strips. The pop was good. Will never eat there again.
