Brought in 3 pairs of shoes for cleaning to Mr. Kim so far, and the work has been excellent every time at a very reasonable cost.

Good honest people. Could've soaked me with a job I needed done on a motorcycle boot. He suggested a repair instead at half the cost. They'll get my business from now on

I called 3 times to make sure and verify they worked on red bottom shoes, To add the protector on the bottoms. He kept saying yes they do. And he was nice enough to tell me he can do it in one day since I was driving from 1.5 hours away. Once I got there I asked to see what he was going to use. He gave me 2 choices of colors which were def NOT matching the shoe. One color was orange and the other burgundy. I was very disappointed to have driven from so far away for nothing. I was so upset I wanted to give a 1star but instead since they were so kind (possible language barrier) I’m writing this review to possible help Others who need this service to not Go there for that unless u don’t mind the un-matching color which I’m assuming u would since u bought the red bottoms because of the color ❤️

Owner is hospitable.. I took 3 expensive purses for repair, he showed me the quality materials he's going to be using.. I look forward to the outcome. 3 weeks later I went back to pick up my hand bags and was delighted with the work that was done thank you.

They are extremely rude and disrespectful. We got 3 pairs of shoes fixed, 1 wasn't fixed correctly. When I went back to see if it was repairable. The owner started yelling and kicked us out the store for a simple question. Anyone looking for repairs you should consider looking somewhere else.

The owner was able to add a buckle to my sling back heels that were too loose. Price was affordable and he was able to complete it within a week. Very happy with supporting a local business

One golf shoe sole completely blown off, the other half off. Was told he would glue and stitch. Asked for receipt, you don't need one. Any problems just come back." He didn't glue nor stitch the one that was half blown off. Went back and he told me I didn't ask for that.........extremely rude instantly
