Red Loon Tattoo & Piercing

Got pierced for the first time here in Nov 2022. And Michelle was great! Very professional, clean and quick and thorough. Explained the process & at home care very well. I stopped in again several months later so they could look at my piercing bubbles to get some advice. The other piercer to assist me, Cody, gave me recommendations for further maintenance and advised I could pop in without an appointment to get the posts switched out as soon as the bubbles got better. Dropped by when I was in the area today and was squeezed in between appointments to get the jewellery replaced. Cody was quick and clean and explained the process even though I've been pierced a dozen times or more in my life. Very pleased with how I've been treated as a guest here. Definitely will only be getting all my piercing needs from Red Loon from now on. Thank you!

I had my 9 year old daughters ears pierced here and had my nose done at the same time. Michelle was very professional and asked for consent every step of the way, which was important to me. She also spoke to my daughter instead of everything going through me which is so important. I’ve had piercings done at several other studios myself and this was by far the best experience. I’ll be going back, and wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Got my septum pierced here just two days ago and it seems to already be nearly healed. Only painful if I give my nose a decent bump by accident, and was way less painful than I expected to get the piercing itself. The piercer was very knowledgeable and gave great advice which I’m glad I took. Thank you!

!!!This is for piercing only-specifically nose!!! I was early for my appointment and they took me early which was much appreciated as I am 3 hours away from edmonton. My piercer was nice but I would not go back. As soon as I looked in the mirror from sitting up after the piercing I wanted to cry, but waited until I got back to the car. You could see the white spot undernearth where she ended up piercing my nose. She pierced it above where she was supposed to. It throws off my whole face now so will have to pierce either underneath or higher on the otherwise, but elsewhere. Besides that, there was a thick layer of dust on the open earrings and I felt as if I was being rushed. With that being said service was friendly and I know I could have told her it was off but the hole was already in place.

This was my first time getting a tattoo at Red Loon. This place is in an excellent location and has free parking beside it. The space is clean and functional. I saw Jesse, who is an excellent artist! As I got my tattoo I was able to watch a couple of other artists work and they also were very talented. I will definitely go back. Hopefully soon!

Booked my 7 year old for her first ear piercings. Booking was easy. We were directed to review some information online prior to the appointment. Super clear and easy to understand and we felt prepared. On the day of, we were greeted by Cody who is amazing and welcoming. Maddie was supper comfortable and they made the whole experience easy and painless. I 100% recommend.

I was a walk in customer and Matty was the one who pierced me. She was incredibly professional and knowledgeable. She described what was going on every step of the way to make sure I was comfortable and to make sure there were no surprises. Amazing experience with Cody! Cody was thorough and polite! I brought my friend for her birthday and she was very hesitant as what to get and Cody was not pressuring her at all which made her feel comfortable and decisive in what she wanted. I will definitely return for all future piercings!
