Be aware, don’t go to this clinic!Dr. Nabil Hasan did not read the results of the ultrasound properly. We waited a couple of months to meet the specialist, then she told me about it. The specialist was surprised.If Dr. Nabil Hasan read the result, we could go for MRI before we see the specialist. I am shocked. How come he did not read the results?!! I am a registered nurse and I am completely disappointed in how he practices.I didn’t want to give even one star.

I was in desperate need to see a dr. My GP was all booked up. The front desk receptionist was friendly and accommodating. I was able to see the walk in dr who was nothing but attentive and knowledgeable. Thank you to the team!

As someone with chronic illness I have found the service on this clinic worse than bad. The receptionist is completely incapable and the doctors are beyond help. All I needed was to be able to get consistent refills for my life-saving medication so I could be a functional human being. These people have failed me beyond my limit. Don't go here. There's a reason they're always accepting new patients... it's a revolving door.

I highly recommend TLC Medical, Cook Rd or any other location. I find the staff are professional, provide quality service and they also have good work experience behind them. My experience here, all though I have not been a patient for very long I would say it has been nothing but positive. I find my GP gets things done really well and is committed. The receptionist knows her job well also and clearly does well. It seems all the staff and other Doctors here are good quality people and employees.If you are looking for quality service for a GP this is the Medical Business I would recommend if they have space available at any location.

The doctor is good. But the phone line are busy. Better to email than phone them.Reception is helpful too. They try to fix out things as long as you pass them the message.

Horrific service. I was prescribed medication that actively made me ill in spite of telling them it would make me ill. Now they don't even pick up phone calls. It's an odd thing to be ghosted by a medical clinic, but here we are.Don't come here. They won't help you.

the receptionist/ who in charge of phone call is totally not professional. She was very rude. I would like to register as a client in this clinic referred by my family member but the receptionist was very rude and said she doesnt know what i want. I am not sure if she has a customer service training before she works in a clinic.

had a good experience with Dr.Hasan, but for over a month was unable to get an appointment with him. there is also another new online booking system which is quite frustrating as it requires re-verification, apparently. i can't even view appointments. if you try calling, no answer. state of healthcare in BC is getting really bad.UPDATE: i managed to email them and they called me back right away and booked me an appointment. receptionist is very friendly and straightened things out.

Kudos to Dr. Sina, Nurse Yvonne, and the staffs! Thank you for being thorough and helpful. I'm glad that I changed my family doctor. My previous GP was not helpful with even just ordering full blood panel test saying it was not necessary to me. It turned out that I have different chronic issues plus PCOS. Thank you for always taking time explaining everything. I feel very comfortable not being rushed and I'm glad I'm under a care of this clinic.
