Just left and I must say that this by far was the most disgusting 7-11s I have ever been to. Some girl lost a sandles because the floors were so sticky by the slurpee machines. All the candy below the till was covered in slurpee. Absolutely no social distancing, no hand sanitizer and no concern from the employees. Thank God there is another one by the university because I am never going to this one again.Update: open the donuts I just bought and found mold on them!?Again, absolutely disgusting!

Worst customer service ever. I don't even know why 7/11 hires employees like that. An employee named Saruchi was so disrespectful and lazy! Oh my! I can't contain my anger while typing this. I went there like 2 or 3 weeks ago. There were only 2 employees that day and the line was really long. The other counter was closed and there was only 1 lady with a short hair taking orders.(i did not see her name). I saw this girl Saruchi" in her name tag

The young man working was exceptionally friendly and the store was clean. Will make the drive to come to this specific store more often.

Purchased gas here and the lady at the register gave me a total that was different from what the pump said. It was only a few cents difference, but it was the principle. Her reasoning when I asked was that it rounds - which is wrong as payments only round when in cash, not debit/credit.I asked for my actual gas receipt, and she wouldn't provide - only a receipt which has the gas amount she enters into the till and my total purchase.Won't be back as I refuse to support businesses that steal from customers.

I had the pleasure of speaking to the manager if the store today and appreciate how much he looks out for his customers. He wants to ensure all of his customers are happy and satisfied whenever they come visit his store. He's very friendly and open to hearing feedback. I received some of the best customer experience I have ever seen today after my interaction with him. I will be visiting his store a lot more often from now on.

Not impressed. As if today June 1 all plastic and canned drinks are applicable to 1 cent eco fee charged by the manufacturer for a recycling fee. This store is charging 5cents. They are capitalizing/gouging on a fee that you do not need to pay. Just say you’re not paying it. It’s minimal yes but huge amounts of profit for these stores every day

This is the most filthy place I have ever been to. The floors were littered with garbage and look like they haven't been mopped in six months. Before we bought a slushy, we checked that at least the machine had been cleaned recently. The plexi in front of the cashier has definitely never been cleaned.

The older lady at this store charged my bank card twice telling me it didn't go through, left the store with nothing. Got home to see my Bank statement reading $24.05 7/11" and then "$19.08 7/11" called the head office and it's going to take 7 days for them to submit a request and figure out what went wrong. All I'm saying is if she tells you the card didn't go through. Take your stuff anyways. She's ripping you off."

Worst 711 experience. Employee did not know how to ring in gift cards and tried to charge us twice for the same thing. He did try to work with the manager to have it figured out. The manager did not coach him rather told him what to do in an aggressive tone. Seriously look at your Management at this store. Very poor experience which took over 20 minutes to figure out. Please train your staff as this is a management issue not a front line issue.
