Josh assessed our current furnaces and determined that the safest and most financially prudent course of action would be to replace both. He provided several alternatives with full details and pricing. Prices were excellent. We proceeded to have Lumberjack replace our furnaces and are very pleased that we did. Josh and Jordan showed up precisely when they said, worked very diligently and completed the installation before the end of the day. They did excellent work, were very straight forward, easy to talk to, honest and professional. I would highly recommend them.

It was an absolute pleasure to deal with Josh and his team at Lumberjack. Very professional and prompt replies to all inquires. They installed a new boiler for domestic water and floor heating - the quality of the work is outstanding. I'll be going to them for all my plumbing/HVAC needs.

Lumberjack has installed a furnace, a hot water tank and did the plumbing work on my kitchen reno. All this was done timely and the quality was outstanding and I could not have been happier. I had the plumbing on a bathroom reno done by another firm and they installed a water line in a overhang and everytime it got below -20 my toilet feed line would freezes up, after trying to get a soliton form the installer without success, I called Josh at Lumberjack and he gave me the solution right on the spot. I'll never use anyone but lumberjack again.

A professional team with an amazing lead (Nate) who treats his customers with respect, honesty, and utmost professionalism. We hired this team to do whole house pipes replacement and they did ana amazing job in only 3 days! Nate made sure to pay a visit a couple of days after the job was done to check the quality of work done by his team. Highly recommended!

Our furnace quit on us, and even though they were fully booked, Lumberjack Plumbing made the time to send someone out to check it out - same day for us. Turns out we needed a new furnace. They took care of us, all representatives were very professional, and took the time to explain everything along the way. Josh and the entire team at Lumberjack were absolute professionals and a pleasure to work with. I first received an estimate from lumberjack to replace our aging boiler in our home. He gave us 3 options to consider and quoted them out. The online system for quotes, payments and communication is EXACTLY what more service companies need. Josh arrived on time and finished the entire boiler swap with his team ahead of schedule. The best part? They hooked up a small water tank for us to use during the upgrade so we could continue to have hot water. No other vendors provided this to us.These guys are absolute legends, have pride in the work they do and have an attention to detail.I have a few other projects around our house and plan to use them again!!

Nov 9/20- And Im back again! Calling on Lumberjack Plumbing and Heating this time for a hot water tank as mine failed completely. Again, responsive, informative, efficient, had a new one in and up and running same day! Their skill, knowledge and expertise are outstanding and their customer service is the best! Will continue to call upon them needed! Thank you so very much!Oct 23/20,-15 degrees outside and snow coming down and my furnace won't come on. Called Lumberjack and spoke to Josh. He was able to come have a look and was at the house within 45 min of the call! Diagnosed the problem , located and picked up the part, got it up and running within a few hours! Our old Furnace stopped working at the begging of the cold snap. Josh quickly came out, accessed the problem, made a plan with us to replace the furnace, rigged the old furnace up to get us through the night. Then showed up and did the swap just like he said. I've dealt with Lumberjack for my home, rental, and business properties and they do not disappoint. Quality work done on-time at competitive rates with excellent service.

I hired Lumberjack to install a water softener in my home. They provided a quote with a few options, and took the time to answer all my questions.When they arrived they showed up with gloves, masks (this was during COVID-19), and left their boots outside. They walked me through how the water softener worked, how to replace the filter, what to expect etc. They also answered all my other non-water softener questions regarding my furnace and provide some great maintenance and DIY improvements.Communication was straight forward and simple. I received an email with my quote, I was able approve and book an appointment online. I was sent a follow up email to confirm my appointment time. They called ahead and were able to show up earlier. When the work was done I was sent an invoice via email and I was able to quickly make my payment.My experience was excellent!

Lumberjack gutted a mechanical room installed by a shady contractor and bailed us out of a potentially unsafe scenario. They pulled out the old system and installed a state of the art NTI boiler and did some VERY clean and tidy work including wall mounting the boiler on a really slick diamond plate backing, re-ran exhaust and intake, and installed an air handler along with all the other accessories to keep it running smoothly. They were professional and thoughtful in their work without any corners cut. If you are on the fence when it comes to a conventional furnace and hot water tank vs a high tech tankless boiler, I would absolutely promote the latter. This thing looks and operates with much higher level performance than a more conventional setup. Fit and finish is excellent, and they managed to maximize an otherwise very tight space. No issues during install. Looking forward to the reduction in my bills as well.
