Mohammad was a real good help. Got a me a really good deal on my first insurance policy. With no issues at all. when other insurance companies couldn't help.

A bit complicated to deal with them, not responsive, and really not the best service. will ask you a lot of question to be able to insure you, but its is really hard to work with them. the price is not so bad but i would recommend to look around before..

My employer, a small QA company, had to obtain a whole bunch of different insurance types so that we could start working with our new client who is situated in the US (all remote work though). As someone who has never dealt with business insurance, I had no idea what I was doing - I reached out to 10 different insurance companies and many of them didn't service Quebec (*sigh*), but J Gerard Fortin is local and I knew that a company that has been doing this for decades would have knowledgeable staff to help me. I spoke with Mr. Jeanet Pierre - he was very responsive and he made the process very simple. My CEO and I filled in the standard application form, Jeanet gave us quotes from two providers and within three weeks (considering that the holidays slow everything down, that's awesome), we were signed up for insurance and the premium was very reasonable considering how many different types of insurance we needed (we went with CFC as the provider). There are a few different payment options and they made that process very simple for us as well. I'm glad we decided to use the services of J Gerard Fortin and Associates and I would recommend them.

I called some times with one agent of this company and never reply me back . I am not satisfy with thier responsibility

I've been a client of theirs for a couple of years now. A broker by definition for me is to find the best price for you. This year alot happened for me big move, covid, working from home with my child and I accidentally did not notice I never received my renewal documentsf or my vehicule. Mind you I had contacted several months before my contract was over to purchase home insurance and made it a point to ask if they can revise my car insurance when it came due. That being said I never received the documents and I only noticed after my renewal date which was June 2020. I called and they changed the person on my file and she says I called to early and kind of hinted I was irresponsible to not have noticed that I did not receive the renewal. That being said they increased my monthly payments approximately 50$ a month keep in mind nothing has changed. What's the point of having a broker take care of your insurances if you still have to shop around. Or beg them to look at it and not honor it. Extremely upsetting.

I've hired JGFortin about 8 years ago for insurance for my business (gym). The insurance they proposed specialized in gyms so it was very easy in comparison to other insurance companies. During COVID we realized that I was eligible for a large pay out for income disruption. I, to this day, have never heard of anyone getting a large payout from being forced to close up shop. It was a battle with this insurance company to get the funds but the team at JGFortin fought hard for me to get me what was mine. Thank you to Aladin and Robert for going above and beyond to stand up for their client (me) until I got my pay out. Now I can continue to operate my business in these uncertain times and I will be forever grateful for what they have done for me. Thanks again :-)

Horrible place for buying your insurance with. Last last choice. Especially the mister called William. Avoid him!!!!!I bought both my residential and commercial insurances from him for 2-3 years already.He never cares me if it is about CALIMS. Once, he replied my messages for my commercial claim after 2 days, with a ridiculous excuse: “there was a client who needed a new car insurance, I had no time for you.”This week, I was planning on canceling my commercial policy with them, and asked some questions, William told me that “it was a common sense”. He was not willing to answer my questions. Would tell everyone I know to avoid this place.Please avoid this place.

Low Insurance premium with good service

Mohammad was really professional, he answered all my questions with patience and explained me different terms of the car insurance coverage. At the end he could make a package with great features but lower price than my last insurance, so I jumped on the deal and changed my car insurance
