I am seriously considering looking elsewhere for another doctor. I have a lot of trouble getting through (on the phone) for an appointment...there have been times I've called, well after 9:00 a.m., and get a recording The office is closed and will reopen tomorrow at 9:00"...the phones weren't even turned on to receive calls! One time it was almost 10:00 before I connected (the phones were activated) and then I got a busy signal. I either continue getting busy signals when I call or I'm on hold for an extremely long period of time

Appointment was booked for 11:00 am. It is noon and still waiting. Everyone that was here when I arrived have been seen. Now they are seeing people who came after I arrived.As soon as I booked my appointment I wrote the 11 am on my calendarNow they are trying to tell me my appointment wasn't until 11:30.**very reliable clinic**???

I just want to know how a medical clinic is allowed to operate without phone service!!! Three days calling there to get my sister seen and I mean three days of calling continuously throughout each of those days. How can Eastern Health allow this to go on??P.S.Why isn't there an option to rate ZERO stars here??

Dr. Rolfe has been my doctor for as long as I can remember. He is one of the most lovely people you could ever hope to have as your healthcare professional- I've always felt safe and heard with him.

If you can go to any other clinic, do it.I made an appointment 4 hours ago and still haven’t gotten a call. I called the office multiple times and after being on hold for a while, it ended with a message saying they can’t take my call.

They have a new phone system have been trying now three days .After waiting on hold each time for 15 mins a recording of a man's voice say can't answer try your call again.This is so frustrating .The phone lines were bad before now ten times worse I have called like 15 times since Friday thats 15 mins per call ridicoulous procedure for an appointment t

Accepted my appointment online and when I showed up I was greeted to a sign saying the clinic was closed for the next 10 days. Checked the online system, they are still accepting appointments for the days they are closed. Oh the joys of Newfoundlands Family Doctor crisis.

They need to hire someone for phone duty. If you have a phone appointment with a doctor, it is incredibly difficult to proceed with sending documentation to the doctor, since nobody answers the phone in the admin area. It definitely doesn't help that this clinic closes pretty early. I understand they are short staffed but this has been going on for years, hire more people!!

Dr. Rolfe is an incredible doctor. I can't imagine seeing anyone else but the wait time is unbelievable. 2 to 3 hours most times and the last time my daughter went they forgot about her and she was there 5 hours and decided to leave. They never answer the phone. If they have one line they should seriously invest in 2 or 3.
