Regular Dollarama shop that offers variety of items for less price, However some items are higher price than other Dollarama shops. Owner lady of this shop is mean-spirited and unkind person. Will not take a single step to help a person, Just don't care at all. Other staff are good and helpful

I found a lot of items for a good price there. Small advice, you can park on the other side of the street - where Safeway located.Workers are friendly, will visit again

***RUDE BEHAVIOR***I am writing this review to bring a warning to all customers a recent incident that occurred at this store. My son, who is autistic, was subjected to rude and unprofessional behavior by one of your employees, on May 9, 2023. The incident occurred when my wife and child were going to the cashier, and my son just touched the lights that were displayed on the counter, which led to the rude behavior. We are taking all legal actions, but just to provide a feedback to parents, that has special children, avoid this place at all cost

Your manager, the short native lady, with the glasses and yellow sweater is a real piece of work. One of the rudest people I have ever encountered in customer service in my entire life. Not only does She have a really bad attitude problem but she’s SO rude. I was doing some last-minute shopping before Christmas and I haven’t been to this Dollarama before but it was on my way home so I thought I would stop in.I didn’t know my way around the store. So I asked her for help and when I approached her, she wasn’t very friendly at all basically gave me a death stare like I was bothering her. I asked her where the one product was that I was looking for, and she told me where it was… But I kept coming back multiple times and asking her because the stores huge and I didn’t know where anything was and her response was“ I have a job to do. I’m not a personal shopper. I can’t be running around looking for stuff all day when I have work to do”.And then, while I was shopping, five minutes later, I overheard her talking to her employees telling them how much she hated customer service and that she doesn’t even want to work in customer service? Why are you then? If you’re that miserable working in customer service, go work somewhere else.I will say, though your cashier Pierre was very sweet and super friendly. Other than that horrible experience at the store, and I will never come back..

It's a Dollarama. It's stock is pretty standard with others in the chain. Parking is not great as it's pray and pay. Pray there is a slot and then pay for an hour to shop for 30 minutes. There is a large parking lot at the safeway across the street that is generally open but it clearly says don't park here and go else where. Service was mediocre but normal from my experiences at Dollarama.

Like I said Dollarama is a very excellent place to visit Every store has mostly everything you need for a low price Go in there and get Pepsi all the time it's only a dollar for a liter Can't beat that price I get other items as well but everything I found is cheap to buy I wouldn't go anywhere else

Only one or two staff are friendly. You have to watch the cashier as you buy two of the same product, he will ring in 3.If you don't pay attention, an item priced at $4 will show up as $5 on the recipe, an item priced at $3 will ring in at 3.50 .You probably won't notice this until you get home and balance you spending.
