Long story short. I took my Longines watch to replace the battery, the guy messed up the perpetual calendar which later cost me £220 pounds to get fixed. Would definitely not recommend this place.

Several weeks of waiting to change a simple screen, I had to return several times to the store. The first time the watch had dust on the inside of the screen. If you want your watch to be in a bag with many other watches left on the floor, this is your store!It was not a cheap job nor did I receive any compensation for the inconvenience.It was in St Johns Market and the watch was a simple casio of military style.

The repairer was very efficient in fixing my watch and my mum's. My mum had a complaint about her watch strap 2 days after and the fixer explained that they had only fixed the battery and the strap couldn't have been a fault of theirs but he repaired it for free. Would definitely recommend.

Took 6 watches in, 4 for new batteries, 1 for a new seal, and 1 for possible repair, done me a great price on the batteries and gave me a repair price which ill get done when I've got the money, all sorted in less than half an hour, would definitely recommend
